Great communication throughout the entire process. I originally went to another tax preparer and was told that I owed $5,000. Wanting to be sure, I decided to get a second opinion from TFS. They reviewed everything and found several deductions that had been completely missed. After they prepared my taxes correctly, I ended up receiving a $5,200 refund instead of owing $5,000.

During my journey of trying to buy a home prior to knowing Abby, I had been denied a few times due to either my debt-to-income ratio, credit score and lack of savings. I did not understand how credit cards really worked and how to use them for my advantage and how I could increase my savings. Abby was a huge blessing for me. I met Abby through work and admired her for being so young yet so smart with her money, full of knowledge and just a genuine caring person. When I had expressed my desire to own my own home as a single mother of two to Abby, I did not know where to start. Abby offered her help by sharing a couple of financial services that would pay me interest while saving, she explained the fine details of credit cards that I did not understand and helped me figure out how I could pay down my debt. I followed her advice, and, in a year, I was able to pay off my debts, improve my credit score while also being able to save for a down payment. I can now say I own my own home. I am very thankful for her and would highly recommend Abby's assistance to anyone that finds themselves in financial distress.
