Website wouldn't recognise my post code so was unable to use the kit. Total waste of money.

Test delivered in good time and instructions of how to use were clear.results received in good time.

I was worried it hadn’t arrived with them yet but they reassured me. The results were clearly explained and once I started limiting those foods, I saw a massive difference in my ibs symptoms.

They took my money and no results received,despite several attempts with them they just kept saying leave it another week and more time.

Really easy to use difficulty being able to use information from results as all online so unless you have a computer or pad it’s difficult to use information

Sceptical at first.
The test was easy to do took a couple of weeks to return the results although they were easy to understand and a few interesting findings some made sense to me but others didn't. However I was pleased with the results which can help me move forward with my gut issues.

Very efficient service. The kit was easy to use. After reading my results I have made a few tweaks in my diet it has helped settle some of my stomach problems I have suffered from for years

I don't think it told me anything. Just loads of supposed intolerance but it missed the real intolerances I have.

It was very interesting finding out what my intolerances are .. there is a 24 page list of all sorts not just food , so it makes sense when your body reacts to eating certain things .. I did have a long wait for the results but it was worth it. I recommend all the do this if you have any health problems & certainly gut related ones like IBS

Absolutely waste of money showed me that I have got allergies from absolutely everything which doesn’t make any sense

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I was looking for a breakdown that included diary, nuts etc really don't rate your test

I do not understand the results! It makes no sense to me. I believed it would be far more user friendly, so I have warned friends not to bother.

It didn't take too long to get the results, which were complete and in depth for several categories, food, chemicals in food, vitamins and minerals, metals, hormonal imbalances etc.
Each intolerance was graded by colour with red being the most important so it was easily spotted and graded to anything scoring at 85 or above being significant. Anything coloured Amber was graded as borderline intolerance, again 85 or above indicating how borderline it was.
A very useful and comprehensive study.

Since leaving several things out of my diet my skin has improved a lot. Eczema and other skin condition has calmed right down. Unfortunately the items that were very high on the list were things i really liked and ate a lot of.

Fast delivery and surprisingly in depth results

J’ai envoyé mon échantillon le 22 octobre. Je n’ai pas eu de retour. J’ai contacté deux fois le service client par mail. Sans réponse. Et le chat en direct est impossible. Quand je clique, rien ne se passe. Est-ce une arnaque ?

Absolutely great service

It I not clear enough what food products are SAFE for me to eat. There should be a green circle also indicated which food products are okay to eat. Amongst the list of items which could cause a reaction, some are grouped in different categories then somewhere else. It should be itemised under : DAIRY products MEAT products, FISH and shellfish, NUTS, CEREALs and so on.

So unaccurate lol
