I got the autobook plus package late, about a week before my test and got a test at my preferred centre within just a few days, which I passed today, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

7 have used it already
Hi, it’s been really great finding this. Had a student use it, passed in the information and so far so good. Different packages to choose from.
Works better and faster than the others.
7 have used it so far with more using once theory test is completed.

Fraud and cheater
I was trying to get an early date, they deducted £213 from my card and sent me a dodgy email with fake reference number.
After sending them numerous emails about fake booking details, they said refund is not possible.
Got this message
Thank you for your patience as our team looked into this for you It is not possible to receive a refund.

Took my money
Took my money. Never booked a test. When I asked for a refund booked a test 4 hours away I could not make without my consent when I had indicated that I wanted a different test centre. They are committing fraud. Do not use.

NO RESPONSE TO MAJOR ISSUE
The first time I used this service it was perfect. However I needed to sign up again and this time I'm not able to accept or decline any tests, no answer on the phone and no reply to any e-mails. I am very stuck and not sure where to go to have this resolved! PLEASE HELP
Further to your reply, not every e-mail has been responded too and the issue is still not resolved. Please supply a phone number that will be answered or refund me and I will use a different service!

Really works
After spending 2 weeks refreshing the DVSA page and having a test booked in for 6 months time, I paid for the highest subscription with this company and got the date I wanted 4 weeks away at the location I want.
I was extremely sceptical, but wow. Really is the real deal

Expensive but worth it
Expensive but within 2 hours of signing up to their premium service I had an offer of a test in 3 weeks time and this was confirmed the next morning after I had accepted the date. Also, extremely easy to use. Other services are cheaper but the other one I tried didn’t deliver any results after 4 weeks of use so that was £9 wasted. If you want a test and are prepared to pay then I highly recommend it. (Note: I went straight to the premium service so can’t comment on cheaper services that they offer)
