The course was well set out with lots of good explanations and examples given. The instructor had many years of experience as an electrician and with test and Tag and was able to make things interesting with real life experience

All the information , and especially the after course availability for support , makes my business so much easier knowing my knowledge is building continuously.

Mark was able to communicate technical concepts exceptionally well for non technical people and provided real life experience to tie back his training which was made the training sessions invaluable.

Just the learning aspect and greater knowledge

Clear, concise examples and a fun experience.

The face to face was incomparable. The pre-course requirement from the star indicated it would only be a two or so hour task. By the time I had completed it you will see from your records it was almost 13 hours. Not certain how the two or so hours estimate was arrived at.

Knowledgable trainer - tick.
Enough face time with the full day course to thoroughly understand the content in the context of my workplace - tick.
Ability to test run a PAT that you can also purchase from them - tick.
Great after sales support - tick.

Great overall presentation. Trainer was very helpful through the course ensuring all students had a thorough understanding of their learnings. Great facilities too.

The instructor knew what he was talking about, the class size was nice and small and the equipment was the latest model

I booked a 3 phase course on Monday 21 July to take place on 25 July from 1pm until 4pm which suited me perfectly because I had an online telehealth appointment at 11am. On Thurs 24 July I got a message reminding me of the course at 11am ???. I rang your office and they told me they got confused with New Zealand time ????? and it was at 11am. I thought that was an absolute load of crap and I had to cancel and reschedule for next month. If your staff can not differentiate Australian time for New Zealand time I guess you have big problems. They were kind and understanding of my dyslexia and helped me understand the process and gave the extra time to make sure I understood.

Everything about this course was truly professional and exceeding expectations. From the sales experience over the phone to the incredible teacher (Peter) and the wonderful conference room (Caroline springs)

I confidently recommend this organisation to anyone interested in acquiring testing and tagging competency.

The course fully met my requirements. The instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
The course material was comprehensive.
The correspondence from the company was timely and consistent.
2 issues marred the experience slightly
No mention of lunch being provided so brought my own, would not have of I had known
Access to building at the Caroline Springs location proved to be stressful. It was mentioned in one of the phone conversations, but I did not take sufficient note of the instructions. To assist it would be helpful to have this detailed in the course acceptance email
Apart from this all went very well

The Lecture was friendly and helpful. the class size wasn't too big.
