Macie did a very good job at helping me find the perfect dress. She would help me find what ever size I would need in any dress. The store was very organized and prepared for the amount of people in the store.

What an easy and amazing experience working with Terry Costa to fine the perfect Homecoming Court dress. They made it very easy to order multiple sizes and styles with a quick return process.

So so disappointed and upset!! I purchased a dress for my sons wedding and was told I could bring it back if I found something else because I really wasn’t that crazy about the dress and I was running out of time. My husband and the sales person liked it but I wasn’t truly satisfied. I found another dress at Dillard’s that I loved. A couple of days later I went to return the dress and brought my new dress with me so I could exchange my accessories to match it. The manager was very rude and said “NO”, all sales final no refunds or exchanges. Why didn’t the sales person tell me that at check out? Since I was not totally satisfied I would not have bought it. I’m stuck with over $1,000 worth of purchases that I’ll never use. I will never go there again!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! 😡

Ebony was the greatest, the dresses were really pretty but BUT, for the occasion as Weddings I would NOT RECOMMEND. I am doing my vow renewal after so many years, and I was so disappointed after I put down on a dress and then found out they do not clean or steam or anything for their customers. Great for the kids, for prom, not a wedding. They throw your gown in a box that is off the floor racks and dirty been tried on over and over again..You can't get your money back or trade if it is not online. SO DISAPPOINTED... in this store that supposes to be a great name and proud company.... sucks....

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I'm glad my daughter didn't like the available selection! The woman who claims she is the owner is an outright racist and I would never recommend spending money in a store that treats African Americans with such disdain and utter disrespect. We went there to look at prom dresses and she has "henchmen' following you around the store, and she just walks up touching people as well if she "feels" that you do drugs or look suspicious because let her tell it she has a detector, even though we know no one was using drugs or doing anything suspicious, but let her nose tell it she's had issues in the past and can sense it on people (really it was just my black husband because everyone else was fine). She told me to get out when I called her out in the store about how she approached my husband like he stole something and making ridiculous accusations, and touching all on him, and I told her not without my daughter. She then proceeds to the dressing room with her MALE henchmen, opening curtains and attempting to open the curtain where my daughter was changing. She didn't approach my husband because she feared drugs, she lied and did it because he's black PLAIN & SIMPLE! Now had I been about that petty mess, we would have pressed charges for assault for her deciding to put her hands on my husband!

I want to recognize EBONY. I brought my daughter to Terry Costa to shop for a wedding dress. EBONY was extremely helpful. She completely “understood the assignment”. She clicked with my daughter in such a way that she completely understood what my daughter was looking for, her likes, dislikes and all the added touches for accessories. My daughter “said yes to the dress” all because of EBONY!

Ebony was absolutely amazing!!!! She helped my sister find her dream wedding dress. We didn’t even tell her what style she was going for, but ebony saw the dresses my sister liked and reccomended a bunch of dresses that my sister LOVED. The entire experience was awesome because of ebony! Give that girl a raise!!!

I bought this dress for my 16 year old daughter, she is 6' tall 32 bust 26 waist 37 hips we got her a size her a size 6 and it fits like a dream! The material is stretchy and the lining goes half way down. Hopefully we can find another place for her to wear it but if not it was worth every penny! 10 stars!

Natalie C was amazingg🤩 there were so many dresses to pick from and she was beyond helpful with the fitting and helping search for other dresses. She made my job stress free and I got to enjoy my daughter finding the perfect prom dress!!

Would definitely recommend this store for prom dresses! Natalie C. Was super helpful, very patient and it was so nice to have somebody with the vision I sometimes lack!! She picked out my dress and I am exceedingly impressed with the fit and design.

Got to admit I was shocked at the line waiting for dressing rooms when we arrived. We were informed that some had been waiting in line for 3 hours. But we had driven over from Fort Worth and had an eager girl with us. The inventory of dresses was also shocking. Arranged to make selections easy. When we made our way to the dressing room. Madison was our dresser. She was very professional and helpful. Madison was so attentive to our Sarah’s wishes. Madison made many trips back out to the floor to bring more selections to the dressing room. When “The” dress was chosen, it was the wrong size. Madison said she would search the racks and dressing rooms throughout the store. She returned with the correct size. It was decided we would purchase the dress. But before Madison bagged the dress, she inspected the dress. Only to find a patch on the hem that was missing sequins. Madison was immediately back on the search again. I so appreciated this professional act. We ended up buying a perfectly beautiful dress that Madison located for us. She is Awesome❤️ Oh and our whole process from entering the front door to getting back in the car was 3 hr 15 minute. We concluded it was still easier than driving around town from mall to mall and store to store trying to find THE dress. You’ll not find this kind of dress inventory anywhere else. Thank you Madison you made our visit such a special experience.

I am a bit confused on what to wear for my prom back then. I went to their shop and they have patiently showed me all the available gowns they have. All are beautiful, they let me fit them all and choose the one the looks best on me. Good personnel, they are helpful.

I went to find my wedding dress and Lucy has helped me a lot! She was the one who found the perfect dress and has been amazing with everything!

There are so many elegant gowns to choose from. Good pricing.
