Great products and fast delivery.

As much as I hate to give bad reviews for businesses, I feel like this one is necessary to help them improve. I’ve ordered from this brand a few times and the products are good. I have two chains (one silver, one gold) and two pendants, and I wear them pretty much every day. No complaints on the quality side of the products - if the products arrive at your door, I believe you will be happy with them for the price!

Unfortunately where the experience starts to crumble is when you have an issue. When I ordered my first chain, I sent an email to customer support as I wanted a size exchange, but didn’t hear anything for two weeks. It’s only when I reached out on Instagram that I finally got an answer and eventually resolved the issue.

Fast forward to March 2025 and I see that Tericci are holding a raffle to win a £500 chain with entries starting at £1. I figured this would be good fun and chucked a tenner in to support the business and have a go at winning. The raffle was promised to be drawn live on 30th March, but the date came and went, and not a single email or post was made to confirm a winner had be drawn. The counter for the number of entries didn’t go down as people bought them, and it is still possible to purchase tickets a month after the draw closed!

I reached out to Tericci asking if a winner had been drawn - not because I expected to win, but just to feel at ease knowing that someone won the prize - but have had no reply on Instagram or emails in almost a month.

I want to support this company, but cannot see myself purchasing from them again unless I see their customer service drastically improves. Again, it pains me to say it because I genuinely really like their products and, from a product standpoint, cannot recommend them enough. But I feel reluctant to spend my money if I don’t trust the support team to resolve my issues/queries. I do hope things can improve, because there is a lot more from Tericci that I would like to buy, and they do often have great deals, incentives and gifts with their products. But right now, buying with them feels like a gamble.

I ordered a jewellery piece over 2 weeks ago and I payed extra for “express 24hr delivery” and have had no emails or updates on my order after the confirmation email, I have emailed and messaged to which I have had no response to, I’m guessing like many others in my situation, and reading the reviews, the product just won’t arrive which is completely unacceptable! Will now have to wait and see if any turns up eventually…(edit: it finally arrived a month later)

I had submitted a request for response about a previous order, i used their contact me button on their site. after two weeks i got no response, so I just went ahead and ordered my item. I love this company and their jewelry but the customer service was a very bad experience. also being a previous customer, I noticed that the quality has dropped since the last time I purchased. The items used to come in nice velvet bags with a fancy box as well for storage. this time around I just got my bracelet in a plastic bag… packaging has gone way downhill. Very dissapointing to see this after having been a very satisfied customer before.

Simply the product never got delivered.
I sent emails regarding the issue but never got an answer nor the money back. I am stunned to find out that this company does not respect customers.

Life time warranty is not true, ignored after sending back faulty necklace after 3 months i have given up. The necklace was beautiful but randomly just fell apart and hasnt been refunded replace or fixed. Terrible customer service.

i buy one product and i never recive, i try to conect with them by email or instagram and i didnt have any answer , i dont recomend, because now i lost money and they don even care

I’ve been shopping with Tericci for years from the first piece i bought almost 5 years ago which I still wear, which was a 10mm white gold Cuban bracelet all the way to my most recent pieces which was the 5mm Cuban link chain and bracelet tericci have always been reliable fast and quality, definitely gonna keep buying from you guys!

I really like the jewellery, have had a chain and matching bracelet for years, got another pair just before Christmas in the mystery box thing, and I got my mum a box too... Coming up to 4 months of trying to get a replacement because a part was broken/sticking out and causing scratches on her wrist.

for a couple days I had a decent back and forth trying to explain myself and waiting for replies, sending pictures in emails and being told it's a clear manufacturing error and a replacement will be on its way, 2-3 weeks later I send an email asking for an update on the replacement... They had got it back as a return somehow, someone was always in as me and my parents were home all throughout Christmas, new years and until February, we also have a ring doorbell so it's not even close to possible it was delivered at all, after asking how the replacement ended back with them, I've had no response, the email chain is close to 30 emails long just asking for an update or reason as to why I've not been told ANYTHING at all for months now.

I get emails a lot from 'joe' the founder I think, all from the generic customer support email, telling me about all these crazy, practically free, offers, and I refuse to spend more, or even endorse the company just in the basis of basic customer service.

The product was high quality and fast delivering

Ordered on the 4th of march paid extra for 24hour delivery and it didn’t turn up till today and I ordered the mystery chain and bracelet so of course it is a gamble but will be returning them both chain is way to small like a dog collar and the bracelet is way to big falling off when my arms are down my side, personally I think they should give you a few options to choose from like size and colour
