says 48 hour delivery time and it took over two weeks to come
however i orderd a chain off them a few years ago and only just lost it being the reason im buying another and it lasted all the way with no problems so other than bad shipping times the jewlery is great

Ordered a small product on 8th Sept with ‘48hr tracked delivery’ - didn’t yet receive my product or any reply to my emails asking where my product was. Finally then got a ‘dispatched’ email a full month later, which is still yet to turn up a week later. Absolutely shocking service and I will be following the matter up

My delivery was 30 days late.

I was guaranteed 3-5 working days delivery and I bought it as a gift.

I have had communication about where my order is or when it’s being sent I still haven’t received it after almost two months since order and when you try to contact you don’t get a response but yet can still send out emails about promotions, worst customer experience from a company ever

Terrible experience.
Order placed on August 4 and delivered on September 18. In addition to this inconvenience, I had to pay €8.41 in cash on delivery to the courier.
I wrote several times to customer support before delivery and never received a reply.
On September 18, upon receiving the order, I wrote again to request a refund of at least the €8.41 I had to pay on top of the expected cost, but I never received any response.

This was not my first purchase from Terrici. The first time I ordered a few months ago, everything went smoothly — delivery was made in less than a week.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order on September 8th as a gift for my partner, but I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting the company several times with no response.

At this point, I’m not sure how to recover my money, and I feel let down by the complete lack of communication.

I would strongly suggest staying away from this company if you want to avoid frustration, wasted money, and disappointment.

I still haven’t received my item or a refund

My order was never received. I contacted them about this twice and they never replied. I had to reclaim my money via a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID!

Took over a month for product to arrive. Was constantly checking for updates and chasing them up but received absolutely no response. Terrible customer service

Had verification that it was ordered then heard nothing at all for 3 weeks even after contacting the company many times then got a random email to say it’s on its way heard nothing from any mailing company then it randomly turned up a week later. The company also say all items come in luxury packaging and it only came Ina little plastic bag. If you’re looking for a good trust place to buy jewellery don’t pick this place. This product is nice but th company itself is rubbish.

Took to long to come

Ordered the chain and had a email confirming the order then didn't hear anything for nearly a month and then had a email saying it had been dispatched. The chain itself is good quality but very very poor customer service to the point I thought they had taken my money and that was it. I wouldn't buy from them again and actually thought it was a scam.

I have ordered my items 12 days ago now, and used the 2-3 day delivery option. I have emailed the team twice to see where my item is, and i’ve had no reply at all. I wasn’t given a tracking number on my order either when i placed the order, meaning i have absolutely no idea where it is and how far away it is from my home. I wouldn’t use this seller if you need your items quickly, or if you appreciate good buyer and seller communication.

Horrible customer service dont even reply would not let me return.
