Terrible software and customer service
Terrible software and customer service. Our experience with Teramind has been extremely disappointing. The software caused ongoing issues, significantly slowing down our employees’ computers and impacting their ability to work efficiently.
Despite raising these concerns, we have yet to receive a real solution from their team. In the meantime, we continue to be billed for a product we are not using while waiting for a resolution.
Overall, it’s been more of an operational burden than a value-add. If you are thinking about installing Teramind, think again. Look for another solution that can work smoothly and respond to customer service requests with a real solution.
