I contacted there customer support about. A issues with a bug and not able to complete the quest. I waited two days and the response I got was we understand about your elite status and my founder pack. He didn't even once address the issue of the ticket. I had one sentence saying I'm letting that elite status go to waste so please hurry. And to me it was completely unacceptable. I gave a detailed description about the issue. The issue was that I'm stuck on the quest "for the children" and I can't get inside the inner temple of the tree cause there is not prompt to get inside the instance to fight the predator.
The person who responded was "sliver.disaster" I never met someone so unbelievably bad at fixing the issue that I needed help with
When contrasting Enmasse Tera to Gameforge Tera I can genuinely say the experience is much more enjoyable through the NA publisher. I am not a big fan of the VIP level system they introduced, it feels like a desperate revenue gathering attempt that has no consideration towards the game market balance. Nonetheless I can still say that Enmasse is way more generous with Events and market prices when it comes to reaching endgame. Hopefully they will put their coding ability into making the game more enjoyable for everyone than just making alternative means of spending cash, that's the only way this game can survive.
I have spent over a year playing Tera Online. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this game, unfortunately I spent it on a unbalanced class. So I thought to make a new class, but the problem was that I had a lot of cosmetics that I had spends a lot of money on, and I didn't feel like spending all that money again just for the same items I already acquired. So I went to live chat and asked them if it's possible to have the costumes transferred over. I was told a big fat no, and linked to a FAQ page about soulbound items, even though I have had soulbound items unsoulbound by CS before. I will not be spending another penny on this horrible company that doesn't do crapola for it's good paying customers and hides behind it's horrible ToS. Luckily, Blade and Soul comes out this winter so I can finally say goodbye to these jokes.
I have played on both the US & EU servers both of which are great though you get better deals on the US servers with your Paid Membership, and CD key. Tera is a good free to play game which is an MMORPG based game. All players starting on US servers get some nice free items starting out to give you a feel for what its like to have a pet, mount, etc starting out which is a nice gesture. If your looking for a great free to play MMORPG that has good customer service then both US & EU is a great place to start. I have played many MMOs over the years & as for the RPG based ones this is one of the better ones I have played.
