I purchased a beautiful tea cup for my wife at Xmas. ( a SUCCULENT model cup)
It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. The glazing is really beautiful ( my wife loves pearlescent glazes ) and very well made.
I was noy overly optimistic about the quality when I ordered and was genuinely thrilled it was so beautifully finished. I will be purchasing again, and can recommend them whole-heartedly!

The selection and service was wonderful. Received item within days and was better than expected. All good.

Incredible artsmanship and craftsmanship. These cups are heirloom quality! Their customer service went beyond my expectations when one of my cups had a minor flaw and they sent me a brand new one that was flawless and it arrived in just a day or two. The tea cups I purchased from Tenmokus are truly works of art - works of art that are unique and beautiful and useful! I've given some as gifts and kept some. Visitors find them entrancing when I serve them fine tea in these cups. The company service was prompt and I gratefully received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend Tenmokus for their service and for their reliability. BTW, the cups arrived in lovely boxes that highlighted the exquisiteness and exclusivity of the gifts.

I've actually bought from Tenmokus before and really loved my previous purchases. I love that each design is unique, and the cup size is perfect for enjoying some tea. The Emerald which I just bought is a beautiful, rich color, that invokes a sense of peace. I also bought the Vampire design this time too, which sits a little higher than the Emerald. It is a bold, deep red, and the design is sharper and filled with strength compared to the softer, lower sitting Emerald. The final design that I bought was the Harmony. This design does not look like any of the other cups I have purchased from Tenmokus, but I picked it for the fine details and the delicate shape of the cup. Where the other designs instill strong emotions through their color and shape, the Harmony's intricate painted details express a culture and history through their images. The Harmony is also the only design that I have purchased as a pair. I truly appreciate and value the artistic accomplishment and usability of the Tenmokus designs. These are definite conversation starters and pieces of art.

The shipping was very easy and the terms on their website were clear. The product was absolutely beautiful and I'm excited to gift it.

Beautiful cups, true to photos. I came here as I was concerned about multiple business names on PayPal and FedEx but it turned out to be legit. Fast delivery from Hong Kong to Australia.

At the point of finalising the purchase for 2 cups another offer was made for 4 more cups with 50 percent off. I clicked on the new offer to enlarge it and it was immediately itemised as a purchase together with the original 2 cups. The transaction went through instantly before I could agree to the purchase or change my mind. I was forced to buy something I did not want. When the cups arrived three of the 4 additional cups were of very poor quality.

Seems legit. Just regular red ceramic with a cool glaze. Curious if it's actually a safe glaze as this product appears to be from China who is known to have quality and safety control issues. Looks beautiful though. Packaging seemed higher quality as well, each cup came in a nice textured and fabric lined box.

I ordered the Blossom teacup. It arrived quickly and is absolutely beautiful! The colors are vibrant and it's the perfect size.

Beware to any Australian buyer. These prices are US dollars. I did not realise this and indeed two that I now consider an expensive purchase. Will return if they do not meet cost expectation.

I was disappointed that the tea cups did not look like the beautifully photographed ones on their website. They're drab. If I saw there at a yard sale, I'd pass them up. Will try to return them.

A bit of a SCAM. No refund option. Amazing Reviews on their own website but NO PUBLIC review (this Trust Pilot is the only source). The package looks rather cheap and low quality once open. All in all, it has very very good SEO, good photos, dark UX making people click to buy and average, overpriced products. Don't buy from here.
