We have been working with Angela @ Adapt Commercial Real Estate for a couple months now. As we have been looking for a little office and warehouse space. Angela has been amazing throughout the entire process, start to finish! Putting up with our BS :-) and dislikes and working with us on the space we truly wanted. After looking at many spaces we finally found the one that fits our operation best. TenantBase was very responsive from the initial inquiry and all throughout the process. Almost immediately I was working with David Sorenson, and he was fantastic. Our firm's office needs were a bit specialized due to our small size and our desired location. David arranged multiple site visits to different offices, and accompanied me every time, asking questions of each leaser and advocating in support of our firm 100%. He was incredibly patient too, and never gave up. He even one time alerted me to an almost ideal office that he wasn't even able to help broker. That was proof to me that he was looking out solely for out best interest. In the end, David found me a PERFECT little office, just the right size for me and my small group of staff, and in the perfect location for us. But he wasn't finished then. He continued to advocate for us and got the leaser to agree to a slightly lower rental amount. I was super impressed!
