Templar Real Estate Enterprises was disappointing, though not a complete disaster. While they eventually got the job done, the process was far from smooth. Communication was inconsistent, with delays in responses that left me feeling ignored at times. The team didn’t seem fully organized, and there were a few mix-ups that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. On the plus side, they were polite and did make an effort to resolve issues when I brought them up. However, I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a stress-free experience.

I had a family member that needed to sell their house fast. We had a realitor come by and he gave us an inflated price that we can get and I knew that was false. So we searched on the internet for We Buy Houses. There were a lot of companies out there. We liked Templar for a number of reasons. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and one of the owners was interviewed by a lot of different news organizations which provided a lot of creditability on the type of company it is. I looked at some of Templar's competitors and their websites referenced these news organizations but I could not find them. I ask these different companies that stated they were on fox and cnbc and they said that they were not referenced but these new organzations talked about buying houses for cash. I felt that was very misleading. I read the articles that Templar was referenced on their website from Forbes, FoxNews and other organizations. They are the real deal.

I evaluated We buy houses and we buy Ugly house and Templar offered the best deal BY FAR. Joe and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We closed on time and for the agreed-upon amount. We also left behind some funiture that we could not move. The whole experience was a pleasure.
