Have been with them for years, and since a year i have only got error and the support never help, they blame the customer.

FTP - SSL Key outdated (support does nothing)

Click on the CPANEL link from the client area, gives a " unsafe link" warning (again, ssl key issue). and they just say you used the wrong link, even tho its in the client area, which i cant change.

many down times, bad "robot check" implementation (sometimes takes 5min plus clicking on images to get access to client area)

the list goes on. I can't and would not suggest you trust them. they are cheap, but it's not worth the hassle.

I used Temok Technologies for web hosting and domain
registration. After explicitly disabling auto-renewal on my
account, Temok charged my stored credit card for a domain renewal
I did not request and did not authorize. I received no service in
return for this charge.

When I began investigating the company to pursue a refund, what I
found was deeply concerning.

WHAT I DISCOVERED

No Real Office Exists — Anywhere

Temok claims their headquarters is at Office #25, Level 5, One
Business Center, OneJLT, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. Upon
investigation, this turned out to be a virtual office address —
they rent a postal address but have no actual physical office
there.

Their UK registered address (20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU) is
also a well-known virtual office / registered agent address used
by thousands of companies. There is no real Temok office there
either.

The company has no verifiable physical office anywhere.

Who Actually Runs This Company?

Temok Technologies Ltd (UK company number 13230645) is run by
three directors: Hisham Asif Malik (Pakistani, lives in the UAE),
Mihaela Calugher (Romanian, lives in Romania), and Evgheni Manza
(Romanian, lives in Crawley, UK). The company was co-founded by
Hisham Malik and Oleg Calugher (who shares a surname with
director Mihaela Calugher).

Only one director actually lives in the UK.

The co-founders are spread across the UAE and Romania, with no
one physically present at either of the company's listed
addresses.

Hidden Online Identity

The domain temok is registered behind eNom's domain privacy
service, hiding the true owner. Their website is behind
Cloudflare's proxy, hiding their actual server locations. For a
company that sells hosting and claims to operate 35+ data centers
worldwide, this level of concealment is a red flag.

US Phone Numbers Belong to Unrelated People

The phone numbers listed on Temok's public pages are US (New York)
numbers. Reverse lookups show they are registered to individuals
in Brooklyn, NY who have no apparent connection to the company or
its directors. Both individuals have multiple numbers registered
to their names, suggesting these are virtual/VoIP numbers
purchased to create the appearance of a US presence.

Claims vs Reality

Temok claims to have 35+ data centers worldwide and 8,000+
clients. For context, owning and operating 35 data centers would
require enormous capital investment. It is far more likely that
Temok resells server space from larger providers. The company
itself operates from virtual offices with no verifiable physical
infrastructure.

The only legally verifiable details are from UK Companies House:

The CEO and co-founder is Hisham Asif Malik, who also runs
Next Age Technologies Ltd (UK company number 05881172), based
in Doha, Qatar.

MY ADVICE

- Do NOT store your credit card details with Temok.

- If you do use their services, disable auto-renewal AND remove
your payment method from your account.

- Screenshot your account settings and billing history regularly
as evidence.

- If you have been charged without authorization, file a
chargeback with your bank immediately.

- Be aware that the "Dubai headquarters" does not exist — it is
a virtual office. The London address is also a virtual office.

- The company has no verifiable physical presence anywhere.

- A company that hides behind this many layers of concealment
does not inspire trust.

I am currently pursuing this matter through legal channels. I am
sharing this to warn others who may be considering using Temok's
services or who may have experienced similar unauthorized charges

just avoid them , i've lost a lot money and reputation
