This excessive automation is absurd.
Consistently offering speeds advertised. It has to account for something. Better routes to USA, UK and rest of the world compared to other operators. But just cause it's best in Estonia, does not mean it would succeed competing with INIT7 offers if it was available in Estonia.
I have a country house in Kärdla, and the internet connection is extremely poor, especially in the evenings when it often completely cuts off. Watching TV or using the internet becomes impossible. Despite this, I am still charged the same price as in Tallinn, where I have a reliable light cable connection. Very disappointing that the quality is not reflected in the pricing.
I've been charged hundreds of euro, without my consent or awareness, for non-existing service, when contacting them they simply replied "too bad" - no warning, no sms, no call - you could end up spending thousands accidentally without even being aware of it. In terms of reputation I'd put them at the same level as a casino trying to regulate players through "responsible gambling policies"
Their offering is weak and the company is by far the most insufferable in the telecom business in Estonia.

Telia teenindus on alla igasugust arvestust. Arve on vale, aga abi ei saa juba yle nadala. Oleks oodanud palju rohkem Telialt. Ega muud ei jaagi yle, kui mobiiltelefoni firmat vahetada. Ei soovita Teliat keleegile.
Worst internet provider I've ever used. Extremely overpriced mobile internet, ~18 euros for 5 gb (Used to be 5 euros). Wifi is extremely unpredictable - can simply disconnect and reconnect, for seemingly no reason, also sometimes just doesn't work no matter what. Wifi speed doesn't justify its price. Company never does discounts/deals for their overpriced services.
Overall, I hate this company with every fiber of my being. It has ruined my life and given me anger issues. I wish nothing but bankruptcy upon this company.
Teenuse kvaliteet on nii halb, et ei kannata isegi kriitikat. Tuleb maksta täishinda kuigi nemad on need kes ei suuda oma levimasti vöimendada. Ei soovita vaenlasele ka seda teenuspakkujat. Telekal on pidevalt jama, sest teenusef on häiritud, iga asja eest maksa, sga kvaliteet on täiesti null! Klienditeeninduses töötavad mingid rumalad.
The worst ever internet provider.
1 - They positioned themselves like "we are the best, and we do not provide discounts or offer any nice packages".
2 - They understood that failed, when I bought their service in Rae Vald. I can't watch YouTube, play PlayStation and moreover, I can't handle meetings for my job. Always lagging.
3 - For past two years they had "3 outages of their mobile internet tower" here in Rae Vald...
4 - I am using Elisa for my mobile connection, and when they fail, Elisa works perfectly (even if I am doing it as a wifi from my smartphone)
5 - Elisa is far away from me, while Telia having their tower in about 2km from my location. And it fails.
6 - I am not advertising Elisa, as I tried SkyLink by Elon Musk, and it's much better and stable than any 4g provider in Estonia.
7 - 15km from Tallinn (the capital of Estonia) no cable internet connection. FAIL
8 - Asked for help for 3 times, always hear stupid "reboot router, or I will reboot it remotely", "let our technicians to check" (and they came twice, nothing changed), or something else.... Support team works, but doesn't change anything
So, totally dissatisfied with service, it's the worst internet I used in Estonia since 1990
Väga kurb. 24a klient :S Täna läksin üle pika aja Viru Keskusesse Tallinnas, et teenust saada. Olin sunnitud Elisa klienditeenindajalt uurima, kus nurga taha küll Telia on ennast ära peitnud. Tuleb välja, et mingit teenindust kesklinnas enam pole võimalik saada. Kuidas see saab võimalik olla ettevõttel kellel on käive u.366 000 000. Jah 366 miljonit. Sellest ärikasum on 100+ miljonit. Ikka klientide arvelt. Oma väikse lapse ja kärguga olen sunnitud kuskile äärelinna kaubakeskusesse minema. Huvitav, kas siis Telia arvates Tallinna kesklinnas on väheasustatud piirkond? Millal luuakse uus esindus Tallinna Kesklinna?
Good service, fast internet and good price compared to some other European countries.
I did wrong with my mobile ID and needed support, I convinced myself that it would take days... as I am English speaking, but I was so very wrong!
Within an hour I received a proactive phone call from the supporter Ave in perfect English! I was completely stressed out on the phone, but she showed compassion, listened, and provided me with fantastic personal support all the way through, both by phone and email and she has not let go of me before the issue was solved! Everything is working.
Dear Telia, Ave is a keeper! please reward her for extended support skills.
Telia has been my service provider for the last 14 years when I moved to where I currently live, ever since they used to be called Elion, and hand on heart I have never experienced any issues with them period. We have always gotten the best quality and most stable internet connection at some of the cheapest and most high value price out there, even though I live on the very border of the city almost out of it. Not a lot of providers are able to give you a stable, symmetrical download / upload at 1ms ping (or less! Sometimes it really says 0ms ping on speedtest). I could probably only recall like, 3 or maybe 4 times we have had to call Telia in regards of a problem with our internet, and every single time it was not an issue of the service itself, but something on our end. My phone numbers are also all on Telia services, and a review for that would be about as positive and long as this one. Very few companies actually innovate and expand like Telia does, like for example, setting up any and all residential buildings with fiber optic cabling enabling symmetrical speeds of up to 1 gigabit, or expanding their 5G networks, all out of their own pocket. 10/10 would recommend.
