Very disappointing experience. I paid for my order and received the order confirmation, but since then there has been no shipment, no tracking updates, and no response from customer support despite contacting them. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Telesin. I placed an order for a Magnetic Neck Mount on 18 November 2025, my payment was taken, and my order was confirmed. Despite this, I never received the product.
The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. After waiting for my order, I was left without the item I paid for and without a satisfactory resolution. As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable.
When you spend your money, you expect either the product to arrive or for the company to resolve the issue promptly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Based on how my order was handled, I cannot recommend Telesin and will not be purchasing from them again.
Buy at your own risk. My experience has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish.
I ordered the following items directly from Telesin:

TELESIN Upgraded 1/4 Adapter for Action Cameras
TELESIN Floating Tripod Selfie Stick
The tripod and adapter arrived without any issues, but the filter set was incomplete.
After contacting customer support, I provided proof of purchase, photos, and all the information requested. Telesin acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement shipment.
Unfortunately, the replacement did not solve the problem. Instead of the missing filters for the Action5 Pro, I received a CPL filter designed for a different camera model (Pocket series), which is not compatible with my device.
I recorded a video of the replacement package being opened and shared it with support as evidence.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received any response for several weeks.
At the time of writing this review, I still have not received the correct filters or a refund.

Direct contact – Our senior support manager, [Name/Title], will reach out to you personally within 2 hours to confirm all details and ensure you have a dedicated point of contact until this is fully closed.
We have also taken internal steps to retrain our support team on proper escalation procedures and to double-check all replacement parts against the original order before dispatch, so that this does not happen again.

Hice una compra desde su web hace mas de 1 mes y no solo que no enviaron el producto, sino que no responden los correos. En la web figura que el pedido fue realizado y pagado pero nunca se envió. Creo que es una web de estafa y no se por que medio denunciarlo.
I placed my order with Telesin on November 9, 2025 (Order #TELESIN21945). When the package arrived on December 7, 2025, the main product was missing.
I contacted Telesin the same day, and again on December 8, when they asked for photos. On December 9, 2025, they confirmed that the product had mistakenly not been shipped and promised to send it again.
After multiple follow‑ups on December 11, January 5, and January 12, 2026, I finally received a new tracking number on January 20, 2026.
However, the tracking clearly shows that the shipment was sent to Texas, USA, and on February 4, 2026, it was picked up by an unknown individual at a post office in Giddings, Texas. I live in Denmark and never received anything.
Despite more than three months of waiting, repeated emails, and several promises of resending the product, I still have not received what I paid for. The customer service is slow, unprofessional, and provides no real solutions.
I cannot recommend Telesin.
Never delivered the product. When I followed up they said that it was out of stock, but never refunded me. These guys are crooks, stay away!
