I became TEKCE customer just recently - in January 2026. I had been looking at several companies as potential service providers in real estate consulting business, but ultimately decided to go with TEKCE.

TEKCE has everything that features a great company - with very nice and convenient offices (visited both of them in Istanbul), excellent contact network in the construction industry, very efficient IT resources / informative and easy web side. But the most important advantage of TEKCE is a truly GREAT team of professionals (to name just a few I have had contact with):

Ms. Yulia Yankova – the first person I spoke on the telephone at Tekce. She immediately evoked that level of trust and professionalism that by the end of the first call I already knew I would choose TEKCE.

Ms. Arazbibi Salamati – she is just awesome! A unique blend of professionalism, human warmth and patience! We visited a lot of properties in Istanbul together, and she provided very high quality support – I really admire her!

Mr. Erkan Engin – very experienced and trustful professional. He has provided to me very useful insights and advices.

Mr. Recep Köroğlu – extremely professional and meticulous - exactly the way a good layer should be.

Currently, I am in the process of purchasing an apartment Istanbul and will also apply for the Turkish citizenship. Look forward to continuing working with TEKCE.

I would highly recommend to contact Mrs. Talifa if you are looking to purchase a property as you will get the best support and advices. She is very much client oriented, experienced and knowledgeable. You can reach her out anytime should you have questions or queries. In the meantime she will keep you updated in every stage. Her language skills also will help you greatly as she is fluent in several languages. wij waren op zoek naar een woning in Bodrum zijn in contact gekomen met TEKCE vastgoed
wij kregen daar een contact persoon toegewezen Sergen Sermez.
Wij kunnen nog steeds niet geloven hoe de makelaar ons heeft geholpen, en nog steeds voor ons bezig is hij staat 24 uur per dag voor ons klaar
en echt niets is hem teveel.
dus indien u of wie dan ook een woning in Turkije zoekt kan ik deze firma echt aanraden een 10+ voor de firma maar een 15 + voor Sergen

eigenlijk kan ik nog wel meer vertellen maar ik sta er voor open als iemand een woning zoek om persoonlijk een toelichtingen te geven

bij deze wil ik Sergen bedanken wat hij voor ons heeft betekend en nog steeds betekend

It's very rare that I would offer 5 stars to anyone but I truly believe Tekce deserve it.
My father and I spent a long week in Belek Jan 2026. The weather was cold and wet, but the staff at Tekce were very understanding and spent a lot of time with us.
Buying protocols and processes were explained thoroughly in English, nothing was hidden at all.
Notary, contracts, translaters were provided (at extra cost) but at least we didn't need to go looking for them. Belek Tekce 5 stars truly earnt

Also sehr zufrieden, obwohl nichts sicher ist bezüglich einer Immo.

Aber so einen Angang wünscht man sich und die positiven Bewertungen aller Mitarbeiter und der Organisation auf allen Webseiten sind kein Zufall.
Deswegen Frau Bohnert TOP JOB und an Herrn Tekce, well done, das Unternehmen so aufgebaut und ausgerichtet zu haben und solche Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen zu haben.
