Ordered about 9 Juneteenth t-shirts in May, After several weeks nothing so I emailed the company and I was told order is coming. Well after Juneteenth I get a email which I could barely read and indicated I wanted a refund. Haven't heard from them. Called BBB.

Scam Company!
Same experience as most, ordered about CDN $50 worth of items back in late May 2023, got the tracking number followed it for 6 weeks, as it slowly made its way to Toronto Canada, then suddenly it was shown as delivered 4 days before but nothing had arrived. There's no way to contact their 'global transport courier company', I even took the upgrade to have DHL deliver it for $12, but obviously DHL was not used!
I reached out to them, they offered to resend the items, but the same thing happened again. The 2nd time they even suggested my neighbor may have taken the parcel!!!
I reached out to their Customer Service and put in a claim for a refund, heard back from 5 different agents, all replied with same 'form email' that my claim is being investigated. One of the agents offered me a 10% refund, which I declined. Now I see the site is closed. Wish I would have read the reviews before I got sucked in.
Buyer-beware is very applicable in this case.
I'm not going to give up... I write to customer service every 2-3 days... let's see what happens.
How can they get away with this??? They deserve a minus rating... they are thieves.
Update: I've been writing to them every two weeks, it's an auto-send... low & behold - I received $5 refund, am not going to stop until I get all my money back!!! Thugs.

This company are ignoring me they have stole £40 off me don’t order scammers

I also ordered for Juneteenth also and thought it was Macys. Time I paid for it with my Credit Card my Credit Union called me for a Fraud transaction and right then I cancelled my credit card in case they tried to use it,Lucky it was only $28. I kept tracking the pkg and at some point it said it was delivered and never was.I also tried to contact them and it said Close😡😡

I ordered several items from them last month in June. I took a screenshot of my order so that I knew when to expect it. Here we are over a month later and no order. Their original site to check orders was down. I reached out to them via email 3x and was given a supposed thorough explanation of where my order was. I was given a tracking number but it doesn't tell you where your order is. On my 3rd outreach to the company, I received a short email response that only contained my tracking number. Upon tracking my order, it showed up as delivered. I never received anything from them. I immediately reached out to them again for an explanation and a refund because they just basically stole my money. This is the 2nd online store that I've used from Instagram that has done this!

They offered pool sticks for $9.99 I purchased two everything seemed good until it was time for delivery, and suddenly my order disappeared. They agreed to send me two more sticks,and again it went well until the time for delivery and it vanished again. They agreed to refund my money. I have yet to hear back from them.

I never received the order I paid for since June 4 and I can't call customer service 🤬

THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN $50 FROM ME IN MERCHANDISE. They provided a fraudulent tracking information. After checking with the USPS all information that was emailed to me is fraudulent.

this company is a.fraud. I order items from this company I'm June and still haven't received it. tracking says it has been delivered but it has not after about a whole month and now I can't get in touch with anyone..Is there a number. No one is responding to my email.

I do not want to rate this site with a star but I needed to in order to write a comment. This is a fraudulent site. They say they delivered your product but nothing was ever delivered. I never received my product
This was report to BBB and I had to do a investigation with my credit card company.

This Company is a Scam. Waiting weeks for Order. Then informed it had been delivered. I insisted it hadn't. Was offered a small refund, eventually agreed to 90% refund, I received 74pence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered items back In April which I followed and was told it was deleted. Parcels never came, been speaking via emails for weeks about a partial refund which still waiting on!! Now when I click on site it says closed. Obviously it a scam and now I'm £40 down. Really annoyed and don't no why this is allowed.

Ordered Juneteenth items. Kept tracking. Finally said it reached the US and was at a USPS. Now I get a message the Shop is Closed. I guess they are on their way to scam more people. 😡

I have had this same issue with this company, or should I say these scam artists......was told item were delivered and now they are saying they will give a part refund, honestly I didn't spend a lot with them, but that is not the point! Is there a way of reporting them to get them taken down? I suppose they will just start up under a new name and continue on. So unfair.

I too ordered in March 2023 and was told the order was delivered in May.. It was not. They said they reshipped and gave me a new tracking number. Again last week it stated it was delivered and IT WAS NOT! They refused a full refund and offered a partial one. They stated that it was either received by my neighbour or they had the wrong address as per my information. TOTAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Back in March I placed an order with Tegfold, weeks later it got marked as having been delivered but nothing arrived, I complained and asked for the goods to be shipped again, it’s been marked again as having been delivered but it hasn’t!! So it shows that this company is FRAUD. Do Not Use. Facebook and Instagram should ban them from advertising on their websites

Never received items although it took a month for them to say delivered!
Seen several complaints of the same and I got this site on Facebook. Please look into this site that is coming out of Hong Kong which I did not know that until after the fact. Otherwise I would never have ordered. The delay is forever to be delivered if st all! Facebook please let people know not to order and that Tegfold is a fraudulent account!!

They ripped me off of 40.00 for Juneteenth items. They are fraudulent scammers. Folks beware.

I initially thought this was Macy's website. I ordered some Juneteenth items and other clothing. It never arrived. Now they are claiming that the order was delivered. It was never delivered and they are offering to credit me 60% back to my card. My credit card company has been alerted. The tracking site is useless. When I ordered they said it would be delivered by DHL in 1-3 days. It's been almost 2 weeks. That tracking site is a fraud. Good luck.

Sometimes please help!! This company is stealing people’s money. I ordered. I didn’t get a confirmation email. I didn’t get a shipping email. I didn’t get merchandise. Yet they got my money.
