I had an x5 for about nine months. i put alot of kms on it and it was reliable, for nine months. an electrical short inside the scooter left most of the internal components damaged, teewing offered to replace the components and argued with me about which components were damaged even refuting what a mechanic told me who looked at it in person. also their "warranty" consists of sending you the parts and emailing you a youtube video on doing the repairs. if that doesn't bad this definitely will, the online repair videos are basically a guy cutting off broken components and splicing together existing wires with new ones... rather than replacing the whole wire... basically jury rigging the device... I don't know about you but riding a device that goes 90km/h with jury rigged wiring doesnt make me feel safe at all... save your money. buy a different brand

Very prompt response time for troubleshooting issues. I had a rear controller malfunction snd had no issues with them giving me instructions on how to diagnose that and once they had video proof of what was happening they sent the part right away. They even had videos showing me how to access the control module cavity and it was pretty painless. Hardest part was waiting for shipping from china.

Would buy from teewing again for sure, would like their largest mars model, I currently have the z4 pro with the cargo box and I love it. I am 6'6" 250lbs and I can get it to about 40-45 and it works perfect for me, I even use it to deliver with door dash.

I now own Mars GTR for a couple of months.
I have previusly owned a Zero 11x, kaabo wolf king GT, Nami burn e2, and I can for sure tell you nothing comes even close to Mars GTR, the accelerations on that thing is brutal, ride quality very good, ohh and throtle response is just dream like, and it eats hills for breakfast 😅.
I also encounter a problem, my front motor did go out, and I did write to customer support and send them a video, just a couple hours later I did get a response..
Without any problem or questions they send me a new motor, it took lets say 10days to deliver to Slovenija, but what is amazing, is that the new motor came with a new tyre, that was such a plesant surprise, and it saved me some time..
Also scoter did arive to me just 7days after ordering it..
So if you are looking to buy a Gspace Mars GTR, or also known as Teewing Mars XTR, do not hesitate, you will be surprised by the looks, ride quality, build quality, and the power of that beast, and what is most important is great customer support..
