I am submitting an update as I have since heard from this company that they are sending out the putty again so I am feeling more confidence in this purchase! Upgrading to 4 stars now that I have received the product, which is very good for what I need.

Previous review: I ordered the night guard and followed the instructions but was not able to make a proper night guard mold as the putty hardened before I could mix it properly. I have been trying to get in touch with the company over the past few days to ask them to send out a new kit but no one is getting back to me. No one answers the phone or replies to emails or contacts sent through the contact form. I would not recommend this company as right now I am out $100 with no evidence that I will get a mouth guard or my money back.

My husband and I ordered the 1mm hard acrylic night guards a couple months ago and have liked them so much, we just ordered a second set to have as a backup. I was so happy to find this company because I have tried many different guards over the years and they all made my clenching worse - I guess my body just didn't like something being in my mouth. The thin guard I got fits perfectly and I hardly even notice it. I'm so happy to finally have a night guard that is comfortable and doesn't make my clenching worse. I can sleep knowing that I am not doing any more damage to my teeth.

The company was patient with me and sent me a couple of new test kits at no charge, until I was satisfied with the fit of the new mouthguard. Their customer service is excellent, and they always emailed me back promptly.

The teeth whitening team are fabulous. The process to get a guard made is seamless. They also keep your impression if you choose this option which makes ordering in the future quick. Thank you for making great guards

This company makes great products for a reasonable price, and their customer service is excellent! After reviewing others, I decided on Teethnightguard, and glad I did! The molds and putty came promptly with easy to follow directions. I was surprised how quickly my new trays arrived and the fit was perfect! I also ordered the whitening trays and unfortunately the gel was not sent. Customer service responded to my email immediately and went above and beyond to promptly fulfill my order. I highly recommend this service.

I've been ordering night guards from this company for over a decade. Their customer service is the best. I use a thin 1 mm to help my teeth from shifting and undoing all the orthodontia I endured in my early teens. One night guard lasts 1-2 years. I usually order three at a time and get the price break. The cost is a fraction of what local dentists charge and I'm grateful that this company has stayed in business all these years!

I have placed 3 orders with them now. Their customer service is truly amazing. Always pleased with the products as well. I highly recommend them for your night guard and day guard needs.

It fits perfectly and the 3 mm combo one is both soft but with an additional durability. I got the lower guard, I prefer how that feels. Make sure not to leave on your night stand if you have a pet that likes to chew:/ having them keep the mold so you can get a replacement is great.

The customer service matches the outstanding product. I’ve worn night guards for decades and have had many different kinds in the past. I’ve chewed through all of them. It’s very disturbing to see how much damage you can do to your teeth in just one night. This company has been a lifesaver. The guards are extremely durable and very comfortable. I’ve worn them down but have never bitten through them. They are also the longest lasting guards I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I have been wearing this company’s night guards for over a decade. The guards from my dentist broke after a few months and they were not comfortable even with repeat modifications. After my second dentist guard broke as I am a heavy grinder when I sleep, I started to research for other options. Luckily I found this amazing online company. I was skeptical but it was less than $100 to give them a try or return to the dentist for another $500 uncomfortable guards. It was the best decision I have made. The guards are durable (more than 5 years). I actually choose to replace them every 5 years because I grind them down but they have never torn. If it helps, I order the EXTRA DURABLE CUSTOM NIGHT GUARD - MAXIMUM DURABILITY AND COMFORT. They send you detailed instructions (and video) and two sets of mouth trays to create your mold (I use the small tray). You know which by trying it in your mouth before adding the putty. Their customer service is AMAZING, especially Lisa! I messed up my impressions (my fault) and they helped me get through it without stress or additional cost. I now order extra guard sets so I don’t worry if I misplace them as the extra sets are at a discount. They are slightly tight the first few days but then sooo comfortable that I don’t even like to take a 30-min nap without them. I am grateful for this company as my teeth would be a crazy mess without their guards.

I have used this company consistently for mouth guards. They have great customer service and I have been able to get replacement on 2 separate occasions. Great company, smooth, streamlined process.

I've used these folks for the last 5 years. LIFE SAVER on finances and in my opinion better quality than what I was paying a stupid amount at the dentist for. Further, they are fast and super friendly. They accomodated my need for speedy shipping due to having to leave the country. They respond within minutes and have been super helpful. They have many different options on the type of guard you need as well - which others did not. I have recommended them to many a friend and my hygienist friend who loves them too!

Years of excellent experiences! It's been many years since a dentist has sold me a night guard for my tooth grinding for $600! I love that Tooth Nightguard keeps my mold and I can just email them any time I chew through the ones I have. Literally within minutes I get an invoice, put in my order, and they get started on it. The toothguards are also so much more comfortable than the ones I got from my dentist. I never have had any rough edges. I've recommended this website to lots of people. Today I ordered two more guards (chewed through my last one) and had the same great experience as always!

I recently went to the dentist who recommended teeth guards for grinding and clenching of my teeth. They were so ridiculously expensive. I googled and found this company with so many options for various concerns. I read multiple reviews and decided I was going to give it a try. I called my sister who has worked in a dental office for 20+ years and sent her the information. She was skeptical when I called but when she read about them she said they are EXACTLY what she would order for four (4) times the costs. I received the kit, followed the instructions carefully, and sent in the impression. I ordered the 2mm for my teeth clenching. They fit perfectly. I got the front cut which makes them very comfortable. I appreciated the fact I could order more after trying them out at the discounted rate. I just placed an order for two additional ones to have in stock. I will share this with anyone I know who needs teeth guards. My sister kept the information for her customers in the dental office.
