Homophobic
When enquiring to have some prints done for Pride, the person responded that they don't support Pride and if we wanted any other service from them that doesn't promote LGBTQ+ then we should contact them, otherwise they will not provide us with any service.
I have never experienced such a treatment in UK ,this and this is blant discrimination and homophobia

Brilliant and quick!
I was really happy about the result, the communication, and how they made me feel part of the process.
They did an amazing job with the details in the design as well as the details in the communication. As I brought my own T-shirt, they were very flexible with this! They sent me a digital version to review before printing, which allowed me to make any necessary changes. The price and turnaround time was amazing!

The only true 24/7 Tshirt printing…
The only true 24/7 Tshirt printing company in the UK. Many offered a similar service but just Tee Print could deliver. I ordered on a Saturday delivery Monday. Adam followed the ordered personally from start to finish.

Quick turnaround and good value
Tee Prints is based in Mile End close to the station. Adam and Hamad were super helpful and they had a quick turnaround! I had been let down by another company and they did everything quickly so I had my T-shirts for a charity event in time. The whole service was good value and I was very grateful that they were able to help me at short notice.

I was difficult - they made it easy.
I needed a T-shirt (actually two) to be ready when I arrived in London for a book launch. I ordered and paid on-line, to be delivered to my hotel, with artwork front and back, which I then asked to be changed a bit... No trouble, quick responses on the weekend, all done, waiting for when I arrived. Fitted, comfortable, looked great. Great attention for a small order. Would recommend unreservedly.

I needed a t shirt printed and completed within 24 hours over a weekend and these guys really came through for me. I literally called them on a Friday night (after 10pm), they answered and within the day I had sent through the design and received the printed t shirt which was perfectly executed. OH and it was a Bank Holiday weekend! Thanks!

was super responsive until i sent payment, after that, could not get any response to notes i sent on the proof, and then shirts were delivered with the image vertically distorted, and my notes ignored. took several emails to get any response or delivery update and was extremely frustrating.

Thank you Joe for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand how frustrating it can be when your concerns are not addressed promptly and the final product doesn't meet your expectations.
Please know that we reviewed your case and found that during production our production manager tried to reach you by phone but couldn’t. As your phone number was foreign so not sure if it caused an issue.
Please also know that our customer department usually can't deal production issues so we forwarded it to production. We admit that they are not as fast as the CS department due to their job.
As for the print, we understand that gradient designs can indeed be challenging to print on fabric, and we're sorry if the result did not meet your expectations. We are constantly working on improving our techniques to better handle complex designs like gradients in the future.
We remain committed to providing the best possible service and will use this situation as an opportunity to learn and grow. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Corporate event BIG RUSH!
We worked with Noah to get tees made for a corporate event, these were complex (four side print) and the team was able to get them done VERY quickly for us and hand delivered on time for our event, and the price was UNBEATABLE. Very happy with the service and quality!
