I went to a comparison site to check for ecommendations on WiFi extender, which had a link that took me directly to this company. Think link opened and put the extender in my basket. At that point i wasnt overly concerned and completed my details but did not agree to buy or press anything that would alliw that. Without me doing anything further it charged me for the extender, VAT (which wasn't correct) and a handling and shipping fee. It almost doubled in price. I had a hunch something was wrong. As I hadn't 'agreed to buy' I went on immediately to try and cancel and guess what?! No option to cancel! I knew immediately it was a scam and contacted my bank, which I'm still waiting for a call back from. I just know that if I ever receive this, it won't obviously work going by these reviews. Please avoid buying from this company as they truly seem dodgy! I have no contact details and so am unable to contact the company to cancel, any true and legal company always has a cancellation and refund policy along with a distance selling policy. I can't find any of these. You'd think being qualified in consumer law, with years of experience I'd be void of this carry on!!

Following their reply on here, I contacted them as requested. I've received a really dodgy automated reply from yet another company linked to them. Called: labelproducts.zendesk.com. third so far!

I bought two Wifi Extenders from this company, and they did not work. One rattled when shaken. They were recommended by a review as "the best" and very easy to install and use. I am not sure that the devices I received were the ones recommended by the review as therewas no recognisable name on the devices. Could not get either one to work. The company tried very hard to help me, but eventually could not get them to work. They offered a "full refund". But then they offered a 20% discount if I kept them, which i refused and so they offered a 30% discount. I wanted a full refund as what is point of a refund if devices do not work ? Also, be WARNED, they do not refund the postage they paid to send the items to me, would not refund my cost of postage to them, and also charged a £5 "Re-stocking Fee". Not really a full refund ! I was concerned that they also used the name "Label Products" in emails, whilst the credit card bill uses "Techwidget". They are a confusing company to deal with. Beware.
On 24th February I did recieve a further refund from Tech Widget to pay for the outward posting and Restocking fee.

Ordered 3 "CoolJet Fans" and was clearly provided with an inferior product and not what was advertised.

I am hesitant to even contact TechWidget given the terrible reviews and no doubt will be a waste of time.

This company appears to be a total Scam. I ordered two 4K Sports HD DV camera units which arrived on Monday 2nd February, they were ordered on 24th January which I consider a good turnaround time. The web site (consumerexpertsaustralia.com) by its description I assumed it was an Australian site with validate information. What a mistake! The claims stated on this page are false and misleading throughout and I believe that it breaches the ACCC guidelines without question.
The product delivered was advertised as being 50% off. Therefore the original list price was $239.00. The cameras could be suitable for children if handled appropriately and not compared to a Go Pro unit. (Which was rated at second place in the review on website)
The day of delivery I viewed the product and deemed that this product was not fit for purpose, so initiated a refund request in conjunction with their 30 day return policy according to their website. The response was sent to techwidget support three days ago, requesting a return address for the products to be returned. No correspondence has been received to date. (Including checking Spam emails as is the normal response in most disputes read on your platform)
The invoice received for the initial purchase was from ihealthpro.com.
As both companies have the same contact phone number in AU I can only confirm it’s the same company, although the number rings out after dialing.
Be very careful and weary purchasing from these sites, as they cannot be validated as a trusted source.
I will update any progress I receive moving forward.

As listed in my post the product is not fit for purpose and don’t wish to accept your offer. With your 30 day guarantee and terms and conditions, all I require is a return address in Australia as the product was shipped from Australia on the site.
Can you please forward me the return address details I requested in my original email, so I can return the products as soon as possible for a full refund less p&p costs as per your T&C’s.

Received a response that they would reach to me directly with a return address two days ago. Still waiting for the email to be delivered.

Finally I have been credited to my account.
Had two offers made one 30% off original price and second 50% off original price, both declined.
On final offer to refund I was told to keep the cameras. I will donate to local opportunity outlet in my area to go to a needy family.
Should have not got to this stage with their warranty claims.
Glad it’s resolved.
I will never use this platform again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Firstly, they added £9 deliver and before I could confirm the order it had already gone through. It took ten days to arrive via Royal Mail - is that really £9??? Then when the wifi extender did arrive it wasnt what I had ordered. Wasn't even the same brand and had two antenna instead of four. I emailed them and asked why they had charged me £50 for something that cost £16?? I was told I had to pay to send it back. Then I got offered 20% if I tried the extender. I agreed to try it and they sent instructions. Like other reviews the thing worked for 1 minute and then I could not connect after that. I tried everything. Ive written 4 emails asking for my money back and a return label. Each email they asked for me to accept a 30% refund and to keep the product. Why would I want to do that? The product is junk, not what I ordered and doesn't work. They eventually agree for me to return but I want £39.99 and the £9 delivery sent back to me. Now I have to pay to return it. Why? I have had to threaten Sale of Goods Act and Trading Standards. How can a company take money, send a completely different product and still be trading. DO NoT USE THEM.

How do we get this site shut down? I will be contacting the trading standards advice line tomorrow.

I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I ordered the Freshia Air Purifier but received a counterfeit product from an unknown brand that appeared to be poorly made. I requested a refund, I was informed that only 50% of the amount will be reimbursed.

Terrible product. Definitely not plug & play. Connect to wifi for extender connection ok for 5 minutes the drops out and reverts to Telstra wifi .mot as advertised technology the worst product I have ever purchased.
Offered me 20 percent refund & can keep product I will not keep product as it does not work. Customer service phone no Australian will not answer. Dodgy company.

tl;dr: I eventually received a full refund (minus shipping costs and AUD 5 handling fee, which was acceptable). I am satisfied with this outcome.

I ordered OsseoWave headphones from the OsseoWave website; this used Techwidget for fulfilment. To say I was disappointed with the received product would be an understatement. What was sent was cheap K08 headphones easily available for around AUD 27, not fitting at all the AUD 200 price point of OsseoWave.

The product itself also appeared to be different from that displayed on the OsseoWave website, although since that has now been changed to a new model this is hard to prove. In any case, I regard OsseoWave as a complete scam.

I don't know the connection between Techwidget and OsseoWave; I feel it speaks poorly of Techwidget to be carrying such shoddy products at an outrageous price, but at the same time I don't know how much time they have to evaluate the things they carry. *shrugs*

It is also not entirely clear which company I was interacting with -- if they are even distinct entities -- during the support process. Ultimately, after a series of offers of a partial refund (20%, 30%, 50%) I was offered a full refund minus AUD 5 handling fee (and shipping costs, which is fair enough). I was not required to return the product. I have raised the review from 1 star to 2 stars as a consequence, and changed the title to be less inflammatory to Techwidget specifically.

Ordered OsseoWave headphones and apparently Techwidget was chosen to fulfil the order. It sent inferior products that were not OsseoWave (Amazon says the brand is Li Hong Yuan) and I was unable to get working. As I write this, they still have a webpage up claiming to sell OsseoWave headphones but with a picture of the Li Hong Yuan ones.

Cannot see this as a good faith error; strongly recommended to avoid this site.

Techwidget supplied a Wi-Fi booster. The instructions did not match the product, the product did not work, nor did the replacement.
They added postage (about £10) after I provided my credit card details. Asking for a refund, they simply ask for feedback, and information I've already sent.
Dreadful company, it's now with my Credit Card company!!

I purchased 2 x Pestwave Repellent (plug in type). My cockroach problem has increased 10 fold since I installed the units 1 week ago. To say it doesn't work is an understatement, but they have attracted more pests than ever. I can't recommend any improvements to this product other than remove it from the marketplace and stop taking peoples money.

Took a month to deliver, no reply to emails!

Was led to believe the HeatMe Pro was different to other heaters pretending to be them. The heater has EU safety tickets and the instructions are in French.
The heater came today and is exactly the same as one I bought before. With English instructions.
They are a real company but they ripped me off in my opinion. Handy Heater us NOT HeatMe Pro.

Scam sites! My elderly father in law bought a vacuum. They sent him fake tracking and never sent item.

I ordered a WiFi booster. It has not arrived. Order PRE1516536-1 tracking RELR07JPGK4L. Tracking button did not work. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. No contact details. Website really unhelpful. It should bot be this hard to chase a product I have paid for. Sue

Absolute con merchants and as if that was not bad enough, they have cheek to use Evri as a courier EVRI ffs pure cowboy couriers in UK , try speaking to them you have more chance getting sun tan in winter in Edinburgh than a parcel on time at right address(if you even get it) god how a wish a checked reviews of this company , been waiting nearly 2 weeks and gave up hope so I’ll be speaking to bank to see if they can get me my cash back, I’m now at stage a don’t even want item now , am raging ( at myself) a was so stupid

This is an absolute scam site, I hope their lives are as crap as the products they are lying about. Extensively reviewed portable air conditioners and went with the best rated but didn't check the link to these thieves. What I received was a hunk of plastic that wouldn't cool my wardrobe for $160. You know your products are a scam across the board, stop replying with genuine surprise and find a job. I hope someone near where you dispatch this crap finds you

I am trying to get in contact with this site as I purchased something and the track your order does not work and if I try and send an email it is saying website does not exist?? Very misleading, Techwidget was not even the name of the site that I thought I was buying from

I ordered 3 UltraXTend WiFi units, Order #PRE1496110-2 for 150 euro.
They never turned up and the "track your order" button on their email doesnt work.
SCAM. I will be instructing my bank to recall payment.

Don't go near them. Their advertising is very misleading. They take forever to dispatch and make it impossible to cancel the order. If you wish to return the product they make you pay the return postage and have the gall to charge a "handling fee". I tried to cancel my order because they were taking too long to even send it, and despite the cancellation being place before dispatch, they still sent it because they knew they would make money from me even from the return process plus process and handling fees. You also incur an international transaction fee on your purchase despite the order looking like it is being processed in your home country.
