This electric scooter surpassed our expectations by far. It's a great scooter at a brilliant price and the customer service so far has been excellent. The item was well packed and delivered extremely quickly and with regular updates.

I’m not the most technical… at all. I bought this for 15year old and he really likes it. It was easy and clear for me to assemble. Charges quick and lasts. Definitely happy with my purchase :) quick delivery too

I will be taking them to court. No customer service skills at all just rude sent the broken scooter back still broken but more broken. Can't believe they are even still trading the reviews on here complete joke I think any good reviews are fake because I've heard so many bad experiences like mine

Do not place orders with this company, to avoid disappointment stay away. Been sent a faulty item sent out and had to wait for weeks.

Received the scooter however it wouldn’t turn on at all. I have emailed and still got no reply.

Customer service is terrible never dealt with a company that is not interested in helping customers

There order was very easy to navigate and the descriptions were precise, emails kept you up to date with delivery and the kids are super impressed with the scooter although there is a holder for something on the handle bars that don’t say what it’s for, the square/oblong one

Delivered a damaged item. When contacted they offered no swap/partial refund, I got offered a teddy bear. Not only this I paid for 48 hour delivery. Item did not even leave the warehouse within 48hrs. Terrible customer service. Really rude

After being given the runaround, 12 days after I received a faulty scooter, I've finally received what is supposed to the replacement. It's the same scooter in a new box, with the same damaged polystyrene inside. This company does not have the slightest clue what customer service is. AVOID.

Ordered 2 one ok but the other locked at speed causing me to come off it and damaging the scooter. Been trying to get my money back or a replacement for the faulty one but company not helpful nor responding not happy

Great scooter just heavy to lift and pack away after use

Bought two Techtron Pro 3500 on June 25th 2023. One for my son and the other for my daughter. After a few weeks one of the scooter stopped working and started beeping continuously. I contacted Techtron and sent all the associated proof of purchase and video evidence of the issue. They refuse to repair or replace , stating that I did not register the scooter on their website within 30 days to make use of the warranty. My son is now left devastated.

Very fast and good but battery life could be longer
