I have had an excellent experience with…

I have had an excellent experience with Navnit Kumar, who patiently helped me with the difficult installation of a new printer, and the correction of a mistake which I had inadvertently done on my secondary printer. I am very grateful for his patience, courtesy and obvious professional knowledge.
I also would be remiss were I not to give the same evaluation to Aman Kumar, who showed me these same attributes two days ago, as he tried to help me, but we did not have a USB cable.
You have an excellent team.

So initially I was not happy with my…

So initially I was not happy with my service person. I do not remember his name. Then I was connected with Vishal Gupta. This gentleman was great. He restored my computer back to its working state, ended up not working after the first tech worked on it. Vishal worked with me for almost 8 hours I would say. he kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Because of him I have restored faith in your company. I can honestly say after my experience with the first tech I had planned on calling QVC and telling them how bad this company was. Vishal change all of that. You need more people like him

This was a fantastic experience

This was a fantastic experience! I am so happy to be able to use this service to keep my computer running smoothly. I trust them and they always do a wonderful job. I know my computer is safe with them and I appreciate their knowledge. Ajay did an excellent job!

Krishna Kant Gaur was my tech support…

Krishna Kant Gaur was my tech support person, He seemed to do a very good job helping me with my issues. He was patient & answered all my questions. I am a senior citizen, so a lot of this is very hard to do myself. I appreciated his time & effort today.
