Well this is a up-date to a review I posted awhile back. This company has been trying to get me to remove my last review. It has been hurting their business, after assuring me I had the wrong company for the last year I received an E-mail informing me that My Plan has expired and I signed a Auto Renewal Contract and they would be deducting 599.99 from my bank account if I did not call them at
1-304-933-9573 and that i needed to be in front of my computer when I call to cancel. I had canceled my service a few weeks after signing up. They did nothing to repair any troubles I had with my system. After many calls for refund I gave up. than I received the call that lead to my last post. Now this E-mail. The "contract" was canceled right after it was taken out. BEWARE!!! Enclosed is a copy of the E-mail

The only thing that bothered me was the restart while we were still connected and I had to type in my pin, because they could still see my screen just a little uneasy with that. Otherwise great.
