The techinicians was marvelous and quickly figured out the isues!

Cela faisait quelques jours que mon pc portable montrait des signes de faiblesse et se bloquait au milieu d'une application ou d'un lancement d'antivirus. J'étais de plus en plus obligée de le redémarrer plusieurs fois en cours de journée. J'ai fait appel à Tech Center rassurée par les nombreux avis positifs mais un peu craintive quand même car ma dernière expérience avec un réparateur pc s'est très mal passée (arnaque totale et mauvaise foi). J'ai été rassurée par le calme, la politesse, la bienveillance de Tech Center, leur professionnalisme et l'engagement qu'ils ont d'assurer un service d'excellente qualité à leurs clients. Au final, leur intervention à domicile à un tarif extrêmement raisonnable a été un grand succès. Mon pc est comme neuf, rapide, j'ai pu retrouver mes applications et mes données et je peux à nouveau travailler comme avant, voire mieux. Merci infiniment à TechCenter pour leur excellent travail et leur compréhension.

I heard about Techcenter from a friend and i'm glad i used their services. My laptop's speaker had a major problem and they connected me with a technician who helped me fix it right from my home office. He patiently worked me through the entire process. Although, i might still need to use them again since my laptop is currently lagging.

They really know their tech! I am pretty tech savvy, but they were exceptional and answered all my questions and led me in the right direction.

No need to worried about the issues you are facing the all you need to do is just drop your equipment to their outlet

Long story, here’s the end, I am extremely grateful to the technician, Garrick at The Tech Center in Danvers!
Yesterday, I broke the charger off in my laptop, Sunday afternoon! I called the Tech Center and spoke with Garrick. He said I could bring the laptop in and he’d see if he could get the broken piece out of the port, he also explained that the port could be unusable afterwards, and he gave me a quote for possible charges. When I got there Garrick had two projects on his docket which had to be completed first, completely understandable, and said to leave the laptop and come back in an hour. When I got back, the laptop was fixed and charging, Garrick went above and beyond on a busy day when he was the only tech on duty, and I’m grateful that he did.

Representatives very smart, informative, and very patient. The have always solved our problem!

Owen was extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Fixed my speaker problem and ran a diagnostics. However, my laptop still seems to be slower than my husbands, who sits next to me at the desk.
