Good items nice condition

Lisa the sales advisor helped us massively .
She was really knowledgable
Knew what we wanted and made our decision really easy, and we got excatley what we desired.

a plummer i knew bought a ex display white cabinet and black sink, few scuff marks near base and slight damage at bottom.
a few days after being fitted i notice cracks on basin and was not told about so was unhappy and would not have bought it if i knew.
i got intouch with plumber but as he was away i did not get a reply for 3 weeks and could not find receipt, also said tecas had not told him,
scratch/crack hard to see as basin is black it was when sun was on it i noticed.
i got in touch with shop and told to fill out form which i did, reply was they could not help me as solds as seen, and no order no, told them shop remember it and plumbers so not excuse.
they could have at least offered a rebate but nothing.
buyers beware keep away from this company all seconds

My husband and I went to Tecas Stockton to look for ideas to refurbish our bathroom. We spoke to the sales lady Lisa about our ideas and she went the extra mile to help us select the correct equipment that we would need. She spent a lot of time checking availability of products and found us suitable alternatives when items could not be sourced quickly. She was very competent at working out measurements and costs and had a lovely friendly patient manner.

Tecas are a first class company you could not get better than this company from start to finish. the team looked after us. The fitting team they recommend fine fit were remarkable.

Their service has been excellent, Lee/Adam/Lisa have gone that extra mile to support me. Even with the pandemic, all staff have ensured all products were available.
They were able to provide information to ensure my bathroom was to a five star standard. I can't thank you all enough, great service and excellent customer service provided from start to finish.
