This group is the best around! It has helped more people than you would believe, we start as strangers but soon become a family no support like it

If anyone has any reservations about signing up, I would tell them to take that leap of faith and get on it! This has been life changing for me, I’m fitter than I’ve ever been, pushing myself beyond limits than I knew existed and I have a much better relationship with food. This really has become a lifestyle and not a fad. The group is so positive and supportive and you also get so many fab tips and meal ideas. Go for it!

Different to any other plan i have signed up for. This actually works and keeps it off educating you every step of the way. Amazing support group run by 2 great individuals. I've never been one for sticking to a diet this is not a diet but a lifestyle change. I started GC in Feb 21 - expecting to be a size 6 in 6 weeks (I was a good 18) I wasn’t disappointed when it didn’t happen..why? Because I have learnt that the support, the online and gym classes, the ‘live’ information discussions that Dan holds all gave me the building blocks to start getting my weight shifted. Much more importantly I have a much healthier lifestyle and relationship with food. I have been a yo-yo dieter for years and tried the well known diets, time and time again! This is a game changer - my only regret is that I wish it had been around 20 years ago and the Dr’s prescribed it rather than those we will not mention again! Try it it won’t disappoint.
