Everything was perfect. I would particularly like to mention Nicola Marshall, who co-ordinated the communications and delivery details. The bench was delivered as planned and the quality of it exceeds expectations.

Product itself is good although some of the pre drilled holes used for the furniture assembly do not align.

Thanks for your feedback, we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the furniture itself.
We are sorry to hear about the alignment issue with some of the pre‑drilled holes - that’s not what we’d ever want you to experience. Our furniture is designed to go together straightforwardly, so we’d appreciate the chance to look into this and put it right if we can.
If you’re able to get in touch with the team, on either 01629 820011 or via email at info@tdp.co.uk we’ll be very happy to help and ensure any issues are rectified.

Absolutely brilliant!
What a lovely company to deal with - so helpful, polite and friendly. Wanted a bench (great product by the way!) and had several questions which were all answered and great advice given prior to order. Delivery date was arranged to suit me and the bench arrived very well packed by a very helpful delivery company. Perfect transaction from start to finish. Thank you!
I wish all companies were this delightful to deal with.

A very sturdy chair!
Good, extremely solid chair that's going to last forever. Not cheap and the back is a little bit upright (for me anyway), but with a cushion or two it's going to be great.
I can't overemphasise what a lump of a chair this is!

Svar fra TDP
Thanks for the great review and we’ll happily take “a proper lump of a chair” as a compliment!
It’s built to be seriously solid, and thank you for the honest feedback. We hope the chair gives you many, many years of use and with a cushion or two the upright back can be made perfect for relaxing.

Third purchase made from TDP Ltd
Third purchase made from TDP Ltd. The ordering and dealing with the extremely helpful, efficient and friendly Office Staff was so reassuring. The delivery was hassle free with the helpful Driver placing items just off driveway as requested.
The Wheatcroft Garden Dining Set Large table and six chairs are high quality and well made, we have been using them all winter. Everything is really sturdy, they do not move in the strong high winds we experience living on top pf a hill. Completely maintenance free. Just a quick wipe to remove any rain and its dry and comfortable to sit around table and have winter drinks with friends, children and dogs! I can't wait to entertain in the spring and summer.
These products are absolutely brilliant and I cannot praise them enough having previously bought a bench and a bird table. I initially found the TDP name on a memorial bench which has been in place locally for many years and has put up with considerable use and is still looks as good as new. I will be purchasing more products, I would not purchase garden items from anywhere else.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review, and for choosing TDP a third time.
We’re delighted to hear our office team helped make everything feel easy and reassuring (they’ll love reading this), and that delivery went smoothly.
It sounds like your Wheatcroft dining set has truly earned its place on top of that hill! Standing firm through strong hill top winds and keeping everyone comfortable for winter drinks with friends, children and dogs. That’s exactly what our furniture is made for.
It was especially lovely to read about the memorial bench that first introduced you to TDP. Knowing those benches quietly stand the test of time and still look as good as new in their communities is something we are incredibly proud of.
Thank you for your continued support and such kind words. If you ever feel like sharing photos of your TDP pieces in situ, our team would absolutely love to see them. We hope spring and summer entertaining lives up to expectations - and we will be here whenever you’re ready for your next addition.

Delivery driver very polite and efficient
Although I was given a whole day delivery time the lorry arrived at 10.00 am (brilliant). The driver was polite and helpful. He placed the pallet on my driveway. It was the small coffee table, but still very heavy. I managed to move it with the help of a pot dolly, and then transferred the pallet to the garden too. Table great to go with my Tea for Two chairs!

Thanks so much for the brilliant 5‑star review! This is the first time we’ve heard our furniture described as “bomb proof” 😂 It is certainly built to be incredibly tough, reassuringly heavy and designed to last for decades. And yes, the weight is definitely an added theft‑deterrent.... thieves would need a gym membership!
Thanks again for choosing TDP and maybe we should be using the tagline Furniture to outlast you!

Memorial Bench
What can I say. First class service, super fast manufacture and a wonderful product. Along with my family I chose a brown 1.5 m memorial bench, engraved in memory of my wife along the top rail. We also wanted a Tau cross on each side of that. When we received the initial proof, we realised that the cross needed to be bigger, so sent a new larger, wider drawing. This was faithfully reproduced and was just what we wanted.
The delivery was on time and delivered carefully and with a friendly attitude. This was quite emotional and the manner of the delivery helped me a lot. The whole process was seamless, and helpful, providing us with a wonderful memorial to place in the gardens of the Franciscan Friary attached to the church which my wife attended. They were so pleased with it too.
P,S. After reading the most lovely reply from TDP, I have been bawling for the last hour. I can't stop the tears. Thank you TDP.

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review. We’re pleased that the design process, particularly refining the Tau cross, resulted in exactly what you had hoped for — it’s important to us that every detail feels right. It’s lovely to hear that the delivery was handled with care and sensitivity, and I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the delivery company as well.
It’s wonderful to know the bench has been so warmly received at the Franciscan Friary, and we’re pleased we could help create such a meaningful memorial in her memory.

I was looking for recycled/composite…
I was looking for recycled/composite plastic furniture for a while. I found TDP and rang them. Got told it was guaranteed for 25 years and never looked back. Was told ordering online would be easier and it was. Really good furniture and the price point really isn't that bad considering I haven't got to replace outdoor furniture every other year. Great furniture, great company with a great idea.
