The conveyancing department at Taylor and Emmet are very proactive. They dealt promptly with all matters and kept me fully informed at every stage of our sale and purchase. Whenever I emailed them, a response was usually received within minutes from Lindsey or Danielle. They were very helpful with some specific requests to ensure disability equipment could be in place on the day of the move. They constantly chased and prompted a less efficient solicitor further along the chain to ensure everything stayed on track. I have used Taylor and Emmet previously for conveyancing and their service is consistently excellent.

The team at T&E dealing with our sale were efficient and helpful and delivered a successful completion. It would have been helpful to have had a short briefing session early on to explain what would happen when/at what intervals. Not knowing made us (probably unnecessarily) nervous in the early stages as to whether T&E were not "on it".
