Good support
My issue is a slight discomfort in my forearm and the physio suggested using Taurus tape alongside exercises. I have been using the tape for 2 months and whilst I still have the same discomfort (no worse/no better) I felt more confident doing the exercises with the tape as support. It stays on and is water resistant.

Hi Jack,
Our tape is designed to stick well, so we'd like to understand and help if something went wrong.
Can you get in touch at Sales@taurustape.co.uk with details about the issue and any information around how you applied it etc? We'll either sort a replacement or refund straight away.
Thank you.

Svar fra Taurus Tape
Hi Matthew, we're really sorry about this, it's not the experience we want anyone to have.
Your order was fulfilled on Monday which is within the 1 to 2 working day window for orders placed on a Friday evening. Unfortunately Evri have been slow processing parcels going to Northern Ireland and that's what's caused the delay on your end. Completely out of our hands but that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you've paid for a faster service.
We'll be refunding you in full which should arrive within 5 working days. You shouldn't be out of pocket for something that wasn't delivered as promised. No need to do anything, we'll sort it from our side.
Hope the parcel turns up soon. If you need anything in the meantime please contact us.
Taurus Tape Team.

Top Marks!
As a Sports Rehabilitator and Head of Medical for Bedford Tigers RLFC, we have used Taurus tape for the past two seasons. Both cost and quality of the tape has encouraged us to continue to use Taurus Tape as our main tape supplier. The speed of service and customer care has also been tremendous. I would highly recommend.
