Great Support, Though Website Could Be Clearer:
The team has been fantastic to deal with – always polite, prompt, and genuinely helpful with every question. Their communication made the process easy to follow and very professional. The only challenge I found was that the website can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and it would be helpful if it gave a clearer idea of the possible extra costs, like vehicle evaluation, import application fees, and marine insurance. Overall, a really positive experience with great customer support.

Barbara was excellent to deal with and was incredibly responsive with all the questions that we had. Whilst we did not progress with the quote, we would happily recommend anyone to get in touch with Barbara and the team

I just wanted to say a big thank you for Barbara for all your help and patience. You always take the time to reply to every email — even when my questions might seem a bit silly — and I really appreciate that. It shows how knowledgeable and dedicated you are.

Thank you also for keeping me updated after the quote follow-up and for letting me know what’s next at each step. Your clear communication and attention to detail make the whole process so much easier.

Trusting a company to oversee transporting your car. I have found Taurus to have good communication and a helpful attitude. Their price clarity allowed me to be happy to have my car shipped from NZ to Perth.

Barbara and Nathaly made the process of moving my vehicle from New Zealand to Australia simple and stress-free. The team was very helpful with information throughout and kept me updated with clear communication at every step. Everything went smoothly — highly recommend their service for anyone needing reliable vehicle shipping!

The team at Taurus Logistics made it easy for us from the start. The agents were so helpful finding the right solution for us, very patient and giving us all the information we needed. They helped with the paperwork, kept us informed all the way and sent timely reminders. They organized the truck to pick up the bikes, crated the bikes and organized the import formalities in NZ. We only had to pick up the crates in NZ port.

Importing vehicles into Australia is a fairly complex and expensive process but Barbara and Sugandi did a great job of getting a motorbike that’s been in the family for years from the UK to Australia for me. If I was doing it again I’d 100% use Taurus but my advice for most people would be sell your car/bike and buy one here!

The whole process was well-managed, and I was kept informed throughout—great work from Richard and Sugandi.

Hayley been great to deal with over the last couple of months keeping me informed of whats going on..great team..and would use Taurus in the future

Fast and reliable and the best of all is the recommendation provided by the staff to prepare and plan for the shipment. Barbara is amazing in her customer service and makes easy the journey by providing appropriate information. Thanks again all.

Made the process so much less stressful

Great service, very efficient and clear instructions on what can appear to be a complex process

I found the team to be very helpful, going above and beyond most of all Nathaly. Who helped me retrieve my item that i had forgotten in the car.

We would like to thank in particular Barbara Redway who had the patience if a saint with us throughout the process of preparing our documentation to export our car to Australia. She was with us all the way ansset to your company

1 am 75 years and your assistance was exceptional

Highly recommend using Taurus. I was kept updated on the process, they were honest, transparent and assisted almost immediately when I had questions, and I had many ! Theres a few crossroads to negotiate throughout the process from the shipping company, documents to prepare for Aus Customs, insurance and their companies in Australia but it was seamless and stress free, they have all the experience and contacts to make it easier for us. Thank you Barbara, Richard, Nathaly, Hayley and Sugandi !

Very friendly and professional company to deal with. Helped me find a vessel for shipping my vehicle home to the US and connected me with an importer there to assist with customs.

Very professional. Smooth transaction

Barbara was amazing and very helpful throughout the process. I would have given a 10 stars if their was an option.
And the online system is very efficient.
Highly recommended

Thanks again
