In a few simple, helpful emails, Barbara explained the whole process, answered all of our questions, and in doing so saved us not only thousands of dollars, but the hassle of an overseas trip to do what we thought was required in-person paperwork. She was amazing, and we are thrilled to ship our car with your team!

Nothing appears to be too much trouble for Barbara. Instant response, straightforward answers.

1. I had to constantly email to find out what was happening and where was my vehicle.
2. It took longer than they stated best they had informed me as to why, instead being told by my son that there was a strike on and that could be way my vehicle was taking so long.
So ones again sent more emails to find out what’s up with my vehicle 🙈

Overall I have to say I’m pretty disappointed that i engaged Taurus Logistics with the shipment of our vehicle from NZ to AU.
Now, it could have definitely been worse and the car made it over.
However the service was something that drove us crazy and is why we gave our experience 2/5 stars.
With the processes in place that one can only assume are well known and repeatable steps, gathering any kind of information from Taurus or being informed of what was happening or needed to happen next was a real let down.
Overall, I dealt with 4 different people and all of them operated with the same level of helpfulness which was not very much to be honest.

My feedback for Taurus would be to be clearer to their customers on what was happening, and what would be happening next in steps 3-4-5 etc. The single step updates was really frustrating.

Taurus Logistics! Personal made bringing my car back to NZ easier then what I thought it would be. There was a lot of paperwork I needed to do but with the help of the people such as Barbara, Richard, Jessica and Hayley who were just an email or phone call away to help with any hurdles that occurred in the process. My car is now here in NZ. Woohoo!

Definitely recommend Taurus. They were always responsive, directed me well and were transparent which seems rare in this industry (shipping). I believe theur pricing is very competitive too.

Sending a car is a daunting task which the Taurus made easy. Then on the otherside in Brisbane their introduction to get the car on the road.. registration etc were trustworthy and reasonably priced. Overall a great result.

Although the shipment was cancelled, the feedback and response from the company was open, honest and fast. - Thanks

I contacted Richard in regard to bringing my caravan from Australia in Sept 2023, everything fell into place the Caravan arrived in Lyttelton in November 2023 the Costs from Taurus were good but It became expensive due the Governments GST requirements. Overall Taurus Logistics were very helpful and informative, very happy to recommend the company. Ian A
