Ordered Bishop v6 machine and they shipped my package and somewhere between where I'm at and their business my package got lost And since I had not heard anything from tatsouls or ups I decided to finally file a claim and have now been waiting for 3 days since. I decided to message tatsoul in hopes that they could just cancel the order and resend my machine and foot pedal because it's my understanding that it's the sellers responsibility to make sure I received the package but yet I'm the one doing all the leg work as well as the one missing out on potential money from not being able to do any tats and the lady said that since I filed the claim that there's nothing I can do except wait for ups to do their investigation which could take up to 8 days and then when and if the claim is rules in my favor I could email them the paperwork and go from there. I expressed this is ridiculous as I should t have to be the one to suffer and at no time did she offer an apology or seem empathetic at all or provide any kind of reassurance whatsoever. I asked her why she kept wording it "since I filed the claim" and asked her what was I supposed to do, I hadn't heard anything from them or ups and assured me it was the correct step but bottom line they couldn't cancel order and resend it and basically I now just have to wait for ups to do their investigation. Very poor first impression and am NOT happy with the customer service I received from "tatsoul"!!!!

Ordered a machine set from these guys, ordered it next day, on a Thursday, at around 4pm. Let’s just say it DID NOT come next day, or even close. The whole reason I paid for same day is I needed this machine for my appointments. Called to complain about the length of time my order was taking, and they said they don’t work weekends or after hours. Well cool, but I didn’t place this order on a weekend or after hours. They then told me I could pay ANOTHER SAME DAY FEE to get my order re routed and get it the next day or the day after. Refused a refund, even given the circumstances, and wanted nothing more than more money for any attempt to make it right. I won’t be ordering from TatSoul again, customer service is garbage, and for as much as we pay for this gear, that’s not acceptable

Trash customer service and does not work with their customers. Definitely recommend nuclear tattoo supply or any other tattoo supply company over this trash company.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with customer service is lazy and liars been over a month of my packages being held at customs !!! While they keep telling me there working on it finally reach out to ups and they haven’t been contacted by anyone after 3 weeks of me calling everyday for an update on my 12000$ order 3000$ was just on import fees and customs !!!! Then they tell me I could have ordered it within country for half the price and not dealt with customs who I am still dealing with do not order from this company they will not help u once they have your money Products are basic jeep garbage as well. Better off on Amazon. And you will not receive your packages or get your money back

Having bought my second tatsoul client chair (this one the new oros) I can say I'm utterly disappointed with the quality again. Less than 2 years of owning the chair and its already starting to crack on the back rest and the gas strut for the back rest has also gone again. The only plus point for the chair is the seat padding is very comfortable for long sessions. Apart from that avoid these chairs, overpriced and definitely not worth the money. I will be buying a plinth bed and scrapping this piece of junk. Don't buy this chair it's rubbish.

Have been dealing with them for years. Fell for their top brand but their customer service is 1 star at best. Will be staying away from there products after fully furnishing my shop with their products

Bad company, they didn’t deliver on over priced cleaning wipes during the epidemic.

I ordered from this place and needed some equipment, and was hoping to get a machine by a certain date. I realized that their shipping times were very slow, so I decided to cancel my order. I called and spoke to a very rude female, and she stated that she could not do a refund because the order was going to be picked and be ready for shipment. She said that nobody that works in the entire place can cancel my order. It states right on their website that the orders placed can’t be canceled if they are shipped. So if it hasn’t been shipped what’s the problem? The problem is, is that she is a lazy human being, sitting at a desk all day, doing absolutely nothing, driving a company into the dirt, and they don’t give a crap. She is a despicable human being, and this company rots a**

I contacted them about the Tatsoul envy 2 cartridges, because they come loose when adjusting needle length. Sometimes the cartridges are flying through my shop.
I send them 2 video’s, and it took a few days before they react with questions they could check themselves. There is no name on the mail only "TS Team’’ so you don’t know who you are mailing with. Every time i send them a mail it takes several days to react after 3 weeks they ask if I want to make another video that imply’s it is a FK Irons grip issue, I already told them that all my ratched grips have the issue of the envy 2’s popping out. This is where I snapped and wrote them what I thought of TatSoul. Service department is impersonal, arrogant and I get the feeling as a user that I am not been taken serious.

100% guarantee on their site for you to be happy, yet their customer service is an absolute joke.. shipping 1200$ furniture and not caring at all how the customer feels.. I'd never recommend dealing with this company.
