I would not buy anything from this company. I ordered five microblade brow pens labeled as "dark brown," but unfortunately, all of them turned out to be black despite the packaging. I contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue but did not receive any response. I’m disappointed by the lack of customer service and accountability.

I ordered a blonde one and a brown one. I tried the blonde one and it’s almost black. I’m afraid to try the brown one on. Now I’m stuck with dark eyebrows until it’s all washed off. I would not recommend if you’re lights complicated.

Deserves Negative Stars. Ordered 4+ weeks ago. Customer service seems to be a Bot responder. Product never received. Reported transaction to my bank as fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! you will never receive actual product. Tatbrow appears to be related to a company called Nailboo, who sent me a survey after their bot provided NO customer service. Constant ads on Instagram and TikTok. Avoid.

I had no problem with first order…it arrived as promised. Recent order was shipped with insufficient postage and is now at a PO in Oklahoma City. I‘ve contacted the company’s customer service twice asking for a refund and they don’t respond. So now I‘m out $54. What company ships products with insufficient postage? This company is a scam. Avoid!!!

Darker than I expected, I ordered blond and it’s brown. Ink doesn’t flow well, and I don’t have 25-20 minutes just to try and make it work or look good. Will never purchase again. Waste of money.

I would give a NEGATIVE star if it was possible. Product does in NO WAY PERFORM AS SHOWN, OR PROMISED!
I ordered gray, received DARK BROWN, although the box is marked as gray.
I wish I would have read reviews prior to wasting my money. My fault!

The brush is HORRIBLE, the ink doesn't stay on if I have an ich on my brow and rubbed gently the ink comes off. This product is not good at all, don't waste your $$ on this.
I had Customer Service reach out to me, ask me how I like the product. I told them how TERRIBLE it is, and ask could I returned, and what to do for a refund. I receive a email from Ash B informed me that I got a refund, will take ten days to show on it.
So in a nutshell the product is CRAP, but Customer Service is AWESOME. Thank you ASH B.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Which is not like me. But how can an eyebrow enhancer mess up? Mine has dried out already. I only used it once and I received it 2 weeks ago. No way of communicating with vendor!

This product is terrible. The only time I tried to use it, it applied to one eyebrow and never got it on the other.

I would have given it a 0 if I could have, this thing is worthless, nothing like how it is shown in the ads, don't waste your $, I'm quite pissed that I wasted mine

They sent the wrong color. Took weeks to receive. A liquid dispensed when I attempted to use it. No tats only splats. Utter JUNK!!!!

There was something that looked like moldy lint inside the tub cap. It was Maoist and disgusting. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until I’d tried the product. I can say that it does not make clean clear strokes and rubs off easily. Trying to send it back but dealing with them is not easy. They want a video of the moldy lint. A responsible, trustworthy business would have just sent a label when I told them I wanted to return the item. Find something else. This isn’t worth the hassle.

Absolute scam!!!!Tried to cancel order right away and they ignored my email. Days later said it already shipped. It shipped to wrong address and customer service is a joke saying to refuse it when it went to an undeliverable address! Ended up giving me 50%refund when I never received the product! Fraudulent company! Reported them to BBB!

BEWARE!! The eyebrow pen is awful. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to control the liquid, so it goes on thick and leaves little spec's along the brow line. Dealing with the "customer service" is, also, awful. There is a phone number listed, but it goes right to voice mail and then an email comes, saying this is the only way to deal with returns, but you are given the run-around. They do not convey professionalism.

I order two ebony brow pens from Tatbrow during a sale. When they arrived, they were much too dark and went on very thick - not like brow hairs as described. I then ordered the next shade down, again two during a sale. The color was exactly same as the ebony as was the flow. I contacted customer service to get a refund on the two unopened pens (one from each shade). They made me send photos of the two pens on my skin showing both were the same color. They offered to send me another shade but after looking like Eugene Levy, I only wanted my money back. I haven't heard from them since. Product is assembled in China and the quality shows. Lesson learned.

I don’t have many lashes and I cannot afford to get them done. I’ve tried other products and just not good yours does the trick I love it will buy more and more. Thank you so much for a great product.

Frustrating company and lousy customer service. I ordered their famed microblading pens 11 days ago and the products still haven't shipped. After a couple of back-and-forth correspondences, I was advised they would be in touch with the warehouse and get back to me. This is not happening and it's up to the customer to follow up. I'm fed up and requesting a refund. Beware of this company.

Charged my card more than two weeks ago and order still says “unfulfilled”. Email responses to my questions all say the same thing : “We are checking with the warehouse and will get back to you as soon as we hear from them.” I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. This company is either a complete scam or wildly mismanaged.

Tat Brow is not a replacement for microblading and should not be advertised as such. If you have very sparse eyebrows it is not the product for you, other products are much better and last longer. If you are just looking to fill in a little and already have pretty full eyebrows, then it might be helpful. Otherwise, I would not recommend based on how they advertise it.

This product sucks, I applied tatbrow & I could wipe it off with my finger. I bought this because it advertised it lasted 24 hours, it didn’t last 10 minutes. I’ll go back to my IT.
