Lack of support
The online order said to deliver to the NT would take three days. After checking today the status said in transit and it is sitting in Melbourne….. I paid almost $400 for a hamper from this company out of everyone else out of hopes it would reach my friends and family in time for a special Occassion.
I tried to get some support from the online chat after the order and got little support and told to come to the email with tracking information that I went to, to begin with.
Lack of support to begin with just made for a poor service. Took away from the whole experience really.

Packaging and presentation looks great. I would prefer a text message to inform me of when my item has been dispatched so that I have some idea of when it will arrive. I find text easier than having to track. I tried the tracking you sent.but I was unsuccessful so I had to o idea when it was going to arrive. Otherwise all was good.
