Brought heavy package into house placed it in floor and left not a word spoke there less then a minute. Bought this item after reading reviews how good delivery men were unloading packages and taking away rubbish. As elderly lady living alone had to struggle to do this. Would not order from you again and will warn family and friends. Delivery men not even spoke to me and left in less than a minute
