Fantastic service from the Tappers team on my recent order . This handcrafted gin is vegan , made from local ingredients, and tastes DELICIOUS! . Ordering online is super easy and the distillery will be opening soon , I suspect I will become a regular!

Wondeful birthday present.
I was given some Tappers gin for a birthday present, and then bought the high ball glass to go with it.
The glass enhanced the experience and the gin is absolutely scrummy.
PS I had to have the gin AND the glass, as my nickname is "tappers" !!

Lovely jigger, it feels nice to measure and pour out. The Tappers crew were also super helpful when I put in the wrong delivery address and they fixed it even though it must have been super busy in the run up to Christmas. Thank you!

Disappointed
Placed an order for a bottle of Gin as a gift to my aunt and on the website was told they will not be available till Feb 2022. Wasn’t an issue as her birthday is in March got an email 2 weeks later saying we not making this for now sorry. Very disappointed

Thanks for taking time to provide a review here - although we'll admit we are a little surprised that you did this rather than respond to the email we sent to you on 3rd December 2021, which was the day after you placed your order (not two weeks after).
In that email, we explained that our limited-edition Eggcentric Gin is normally released each year in February but that we had no plans to produce this particular product in 2022 due to other commitments. We apologised, processed a full refund immediately, and provided you with alternatives to consider from our range that are of a similar flavour profile.
To subsequently receive a review like this, well over a month later without any communication from you in the meantime, is very disappointing. Small family businesses like ours depend on honest, genuine feedback and the world needs a little kindness now more than ever...
It's a pity that you rated us on what didn't happen (getting the product you wanted), rather than what did happen (our speedy, prompt, courteous and helpful response along with an immediate refund).
Nevertheless, we remain sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations and we wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year ahead.

Once you have tried this gin you will find it difficult to shop elsewhere. Only problem I have, is which one to buy! Love them all.
