Used tapGP’s services while on holiday. The consultation was thorough and professional, and enabled me to get the prescription I needed, and to receive my medication the sage day. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Used tapGP has l couldn't get into my GP and l have been very pleased with the service received. Very professional and take time to answer any questions you may have.
Even took the time to call me back twice outside the appointment to follow up and informed me of the result which l sent by email.
Overall very satisfied and will.use again if required

I saw a GP on the same day (video call) who listened attentively and with professionalism and was engaged with trying to diagnose my symptoms in order for me to seek further tests with my local GP. The consultation email was sent to me promptly and has helped to speed up the process with my own GP. Follow up care via the customer service number was also quick and professional. Highly recommended for those who want to see a knowledgeable GP quickly.

Just a super way of getting treatment quickly

Needed to see a doctor in earnest as I was in severe discomfort and couldn't wait until the next day to call my G.P or go to a walk in centre. I downloaded the app and was able to talk to a doctor within an hour for a small fee. The consultation was very good and he was able to prescribe me some treatment. The prescription was emailed to me which I presented to the pharmacy soon after. I reccomend this service for anyone who needs to see a doctor straight away and can't wait.

Brilliant service, easy to access and app easy to use!

GP was attentive, listened and gave very helpful advice, culminating in a letter confirming our child could attend her education setting.

If you’re away from home remember that you’ll need I’d to access including for children.

Efficient service, lovely chatty GP, I felt listened to and I’m very happy with treatment prescribed. So easy to book an appointment, able to speak to a GP within an hour of downloading the app and it really put my mind at rest considering it was a weekend and I was worried about who might be able to help.

I have had to rewrite this review three or four times because Mr —— keeps flagging it

Ive noticed all his reviews have a similar theme

I made an appointment with them last week more out of convenience than anything else to try and get the prescription I needed a bit quicker rather than waiting until the end of the week/early next week when I could see a private doctor i have seen on and off for around 10-15 years, who I have found to be very ethical and honest with all his medical opinions

Mr —— said the condition was what he said it was I said it was not what I should have said was I believe it’s what he said and something else and what he said is a secondary condition that’s caused by the first.

I have sent the photos i sent him for three independent assessors one has came back with what I said it was in the first place one of the other,s has said they cannot give a definate diagnosis without a face to face consultation

In any event I’ll get to see the dr I should have waited to see friday or next week,

He has since blocked the account I had to open for the appointment but has offered a refund that I told him I didn’t want

I have sent him some correspondence that’s factual to be added to his notes,he refused to do this stating his notes can’t be altered -I was asking to add not alter anything

Overall not a good experience with TapGP but plenty of other online doctors to choose from

Re:reply:One thing ive learnt from this experience is this, if you’re lucky enough to know a good private doctor try not to lose their number/s if you change your phone or reset it etc

My experience with this company and doctor has been incredible. such a useful service with an extremely friendly & compassionate doctor who is willing to listen to you which I have often found quite rare. Thanks for all your help!

It was so easy to book - I got an appointment within an hour for my throat infection.

The doctor was lovely, thorough and compassionate and sent me antibiotics straight away after seeing the images I sent.

Excellent service! Very thorough, kind and compassionate. Very efficient too. Highly recommend!
