This website is fraudulent. I made an order worth 1,400€ Of a Cole & Son wallpaper on the 20th of June and I still have not received the paper. I have contacted them several times and they ignore my emails and calls. I will proceed with a legal route.do not trust this website l, they steel your money.

I am thrilled with the wallpaper and the service was amazing. It was also significantly cheaper than buying the same wallpaper locally.
The site even had a graph to calculate the amount of wallpaper needed.
Will definitely use this company again.

I am very impressed with all the wallpapers I have purchased, and especially with the most recent purchase, which is a perfect accent for an otherwise dark room. If I am in need of other wallpaper, this will likely be the only place I look. Delivery time is much faster than predicted, also.

Great choices of papers, prices for all budgets, site easy to use with delivery options to suit! My go to site when I’m looking to redecorate!

Annullato ordine a giugno, perché non consegnavano la merce nei termini, e NON ancora ricevuto il rimborso delle somme bonificate.
Non rispondono neanche al mio legale.

Big warning. I was waiting six weeks before I contacted them and asked were my order was. Got an answer that it was out of stock and that I can choose another one. But I didn’t want an other one so asked for my money back. They asked for banking numbers and said it will take up to 10 days. When 10 days passed I contacted them and now they said up to 30 days for refund. No 30 days has passed, no refund and no answer from them… Big Warning for this Scam

PLEASE don´t buy from Tapeter.eu, they are SCAMMERS :( No wallpaper received, only 100 excuses and no refund. They went so far as to email me a copy pasted note saying i's refunded- but it´s not, so now my bank is investigating them for fraud. Please keep your money far away from this site.

Arnaque ! A fuir !!
Ils disent avoir les papiers peint en stock et livrer sous 10 à 20 jours.
Puis une fois le délai passé vous les contactez et là ils vous disent que c’est “10 à 20 jours ouvrés”
Puis passé ce délai ils vous disent, sans autre explication, que c’est retardé à cause des douanes.
Sauf que quand j’appelle le producteur, il me dit ne pas travailler avec ce distributeur !!

Surtout n’achetez rien sur ce site

Si vous allez sur Facebook vous vous rendrez compte que les avis sont fournis par des profils incohérents (profils vivant en France mais qui se font livrer aux Pays-Bas, en Espagne) !

Dear all,

I am writing in order to let you know a regrettable incident that happened with Tapeter.

I bought last September 2021 two sets of wallpaper: one set of Nuvolette and one set of Secret Keys, both by Fornasetti.

I waited three months in order them to arrive and when they arrived in December I discovered that the Nuvolette Set was full of printing damages.

I wrote immediately to Tapeter Client Services. They told me was enough to send them a detailed set of pictures describing the damages ( pictures that were sent on December 17th 2021).

On January 17th 2022 they wrote me confirming that another set of Nuvolette rolls has been sent from the Producer to my address.

After four months of mails, where they confirmed that the wallpaper set was blocked in the Customs, I still did not have received anything.

I asked them for a refund and at the beginning they did not answer.

They now did not even commented all their mail where they assured the new set was on this way. (Sadly I now understand that this was a false information).

With their last mail they tried to ask me to send the original rolls back to inspection but, as you can surely imagine, at this time after all this months of waiting and this lies, I am really tired and I do not want to spend money in expedition.

I am very disappointed and for sure I will not reccomend a purchase in this website.

They are blatantly lying about having the wallpapers in stock. Ours was supposed to be delivered in 2-10 days. Almost two months later there is still no wallpaper and no ETA. The customer service just makes up excuses.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Decided to try to buy from them as they had all the Boråstapeter in stock that I wanted and it said it was in stock (not “back order” or “6 weeks”, no: in stock). I ordered at the beginning of April and after that all went silent. After three weeks I decided to ask them what the status of my order was, and I got a smart ass response that it was only 8 business days since I ordered and that there was a week national holiday in between. Of course, as a person living in the Netherlands I am always fully aware of all the national holidays taking place in all the European countries (…).

Either way, now it is the end of June, so almost three months since I placed my order and I still haven’t received any of the wallpaper (only part of the order which was samples of wallpaper that I wasn’t sure of).

They are very good at making excuses “it’s a special order”, “it’s the holidays!”, “the order is on its way to the warehouse!”, its another holiday, the warehouse is closed!”.

I contacted Borastapeter, the producer of the wallpaper that I ordered and they say
1) There is no production wait (so the “special order” story is indeed BS)
2) They don’t work with Tapeter.eu

On Facebook they supposedly have great reviews, but as you can see, all the supposed “great reviews” on there are fake. Some even use the exact same wording although they are from a different person. Same goes for a person from the UK who supposedly liked the service and some guy from Berlin. They are fake accounts who share also the same vids.

And just like the other negative reviews on Facebook and here, I have waited and waited, never received the order and all went silent when I wanted my money back. Just tried through their chat – also no response. They blocked me on Facebook so that I can't leave a negative review there.

You are a big fat scam! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I contacted my bank and they will start a fraud investigation on this company.

I waited two and half months, they always had excuse in factory, transport, lack of my patience and others. Rude answers when I asked details of my order processing.

I cancelled and bought somewhere else for same price, delivery in two working days, wallpaper on the wall within one week from purchase.

AVOID THIS SHOP.

This is an untrustworthy party. I ordered 8 roles of expensive wallpaper, but after 2 months of waiting I contacted the producer of the wallpaper and they do not have orders from tapeter.eu . Please be careful!!! Order somewhere else.

It took forever to get the wallpaper, but mostly cause of delays from the factory. The service centre replied quickly.
Got the wallpaper today, and I’m very satisfied.
