Great North Lincs run
Great North Lincs run, well organised, awesome volunteers and they even arranged the perfect weather.
Runner #10
One tiny suggestion, at the start, some races have the pacers in the starting area before the runners come in so they can arrange where they need to be, we piled in and then the pacers arrived meaning we were too far forward.

Another Top event
Everything and I mean everything was perfect, time after time Tape2Tape but on a great event with amazing volenteers, ok we dont get a free T-shirt anymore but we all accept times are tough and apprciate what is done. My mates and I treat this as a full days experiance from posing our run numbers to getting up early, the pain of the run the maccys after, as usual thank you Tape2Tape

Great course, well organised
Plenty of parking.
Great course, plenty of Marshalls and clear markings throughout the course
All Marshalls were super helpful and friendly.
Wonderful band playing towards the finish. Which gave every runner a last minute boost to the finish line.
Everything was well organised from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this race.

North Lincs Half
Sunshine! Yep, sunshine this year! 😁This is the second time I've had the pleasure of running this race and it is a great course for PB's. Unlike some races, there is no bottleneck at the start making for a swift getaway. Parking options are great if you're travelling by car, and the start line is easily navigable from car parks.
The course itself is marshalled by an army of brilliant and encouraging volunteers. If you're lucky, you may even get to tap a 'power up' board held at roadside by an excited young running fan!
The last section of the race is run around the track in Quibell park. The spectators were out in force and the shouts of encouragement for a sprint finish were plentiful, although by now my legs were angrily defying me to attempt such a foolish thing.
As always, the finish line is well populated with volunteers giving out much needed water, the all-important medal, and even more important, cake!
There are various vendors offering their wares at the finish and once again, I opted for a big hotdog, to help with the sodium replenishment, you understand. Don't judge me, I'd earned it. 😁

North Lincolnshire 02/03/25
i ran the half marathon on 2nd march at north Lincolnshire 566. The race was a enjoyable experience from start to finish. The communication before race day with emails of information made you feel at ease that you knew where to park and how to get to race HQ and the start line as well as the route. On race day there was plenty of people around to help and great signs. Race start was prompt. A great route and plenty of stalls for food and drink at the end. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and i will definitely be back.

Good flat course almost entirely rural with farmlands, and a great finish on the race track with supporters cheering on;
Great organisation, and variety of food and coffee outlets.
Friendly staff and volunteers.
And it was a cool, sunny day, excellent for running.

Tape2tape always deliver well organised…
Tape2tape always deliver well organised events. Firstly, there is always enough car parking spaces, portaloos and food and drink stalls. Also, the volunteers are always very helpful and clued up with all the answers to my annoying questions. I also found the runners brochure that Tape2tape send out before the race to be extremely helpful and full of every bit of information you should need.

A brilliantly organised event. Well done to all concerned. Fabulous medal and event t shirt with the added bonus of donuts at the finish!

North Lincolnshire Half Marathon 2025
I thought this race was really well organised race.Great communication beforehand. The course itself is really well marshelled and the marshalls were all so encouraging. Loved that they had volunteers on bikes that kept an eye on the runners and making sure we were OK. It was great to finish in the stadium getting to run the last part on the running track made it feel special. Plus cake at the end, who doesn't love that!

Although I was one of the last to cross…
Although I was one of the last to cross the start line after arriving late, I found this half marathon absolutely brilliant. Almost flat the entire course, I kept a steady pace thought and still managed a good finish time, my best since the Great North Run in 2019.

The best half marathon
The whole event was friendly, encouraging, clean, well signed and very efficient. Ridiculously flat bar two small hills and great running surface.
The only suggestion would be to make corral type numbering at the start to help runners know where to line up. It got very elbowy in the first mile as faster runners were clearly too far back. Other than that it was an epic day. Delicious doughnut with my medal; loved the "no" finishers bag, made a nice change not to see these littered about. You also brought the sunshine so thanks!!! Helped me to a cracking PB #1358
