I contacted the store (via email) before purchasing. I asked several questions and received prompt and very helpful responses that assisted me in deciding. The earrings arrived sooner than I expected and are absolutely gorgeous.

Absolutely wonderful. Even better than I was hoping for.

This was my first purchase. The ring looked great on the website but even better on my wife’s finger. Beautiful! Thank you!

Repeat customer, always 5 star quality and service.

I got the stone shipped quickly and securely. The gemologist's estimate inside, along with the receipt, was very important to me. The stone was true to the pictures. The 30-day guarantee was important when buying online. Overall a great experience.

My 3rd time purchasing from these guys. Not one disappointing sale. Everything is as described if not better. Beautiful craftsmanship, well constructed, and stunning pieces of art. Prices are pretty decent especially if you add in the frequent discount coupons they offer. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a little something for your girl, to a investment piece, and anywhere in between. The products are shipped quickly and discreetly with tracking. A final thought is the personalized note is a very nice touch. They recognize repeat buyers and appreciate the business. Makes the whole experience that much more rewarding. Do not hesitate to purchase from any of their sites. You will not be disappointed. Family run, family quality, family values. Need I say more?

I had been looking for a pretty specific tanzanite ring for my daughter’s 40th bday for months when I found the one on this site. I was very hesitant so did a good amount of research, everything I found was positive. So I placed my order over the weekend and nervously awaited. My insured, signature required package arrived on Thursday and I opened immediately. It is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to see my daughters face! This is a replacement for a ring I gave her on her 16th, not identical but so close.
I am so glad I took this chance and more than happy with what I received!
Thank you so much!

Wide selection of gemstones with exquisite settings. Easy shopping on the website and the insured shipping was fast.
It was also very good to have a legal appraisal included with my purchase.

I received my round tanzanite earrings for Christmas. I was totally blown over! They are just beautiful. The color and size are perfect. I have worn them several times since Christmas. I have received many compliments. Alice and Steve are a joy to work with. Thank you for your beautiful designs.

Steve Moriarty is a seasoned professional in the world of gemstones and jewelry creation. He’s passionate about his work, and he’s the real deal. I am so pleased with the tanzanite and gold ring I purchased, and I won’t hesitate to buy from him again. I’m so glad I found his incredible store!

I have been dealing with Moriarty's Gem Art (Tanzanite Jewelry Designs) for five years. They are the most fair, honest and helpful gem dealers I have ever worked with. Their prices are excellent and the design work by Christopher is First Class. I normally talk with Alice and she is super. She knows her stones and gives excellent advice. Moriarty's gem stock goes well beyond tanzanite and their gems/jewelry are first class. If I want a fine jewelry piece for my wife, I never go to anyone else. I highly recommend them for your gem or jewelry desires!

My first interaction with Moriarty's Gem Art and Tanzanite Jewelry Designs was last year when I was in search of a Tanzanite ring for myself. Alice was wonderful! She patiently showed me stones until we found the perfect one, and then she worked with the designer on the setting. The outcome was beautiful! Since that first purchase, I have become a regular customer. Alice has helped me pick exceptional quality stones to mount into custom settings that I can wear and enjoy now, as well as stones for investment. My most recent purchase was a custom designed pendant for a gift and it turned out perfectly! I love the live Gem Shows - Steve, Jeff, and Michael generously share their knowledge and expertise. The staff at Moriarty's Gem Art/Tanzanite Jewelry Designs is absolutely the best!

The most beautiful Tanzanite I have ever seen. The color is so deep and dark I can't stop starring at it.
I was contacted by Alice at the time of shipment and to make a long story short, the amount of detail that went into my order was beyond impressive. I will never buy another piece from anywhere else.

Got my beautiful Tanzanite earrings and I can't thank you enough!

They are stunning.... The colour is vivid a deep violet blue....so much nicer than anything you can find in jewelry store chains in a mall.

I love that Steve goes to Tanzania to get the raw stones and the history of it all....
Avoiding the middle man, I believe I got much better quality for the price in the end.

Thank you again for making this purchase possible.

I purchased a loose Tanzanite and also had them customize a ring for the setting. I was a little nervous purchasing online without actually seeing the stone in person, but I could not be more pleased with both the stone and the ring. The Tanzanite is gorgeous! Extremely professional from start to finish. If you are waiting to take the plunge, dive in!

Love this group of PROFESSIONALS!
They sold me a beautiful emerald cut tanzanite gem ( my jeweler here in Michigan confirmed the quality was great and fair price)
Thought I would use MY jeweler to set the stone in a pendant…… he couldn’t guarantee anything as far as not chipping or cracking the stone in setting it, so …..
Sent the stone back to Alice, who was so easy to work with. She (and I) designed exactly what I wanted and shipped it back. Excellent customer service, beautiful end results AND fast getting it done
Highly recommend these folks if you’re looking for something fabulous ❤️
Couldn’t be happier!

PS so great if you need to actually SPEAK to a person…… an ACTUAL person answers your call👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely Beautiful! Looks even better than shown on the website and color saturation is as described. I purchased a loose Tanzanite stone as an upgrade to the one I already had in my engagement ring. I was thrilled with the quality when it arrived. The buying experience was smooth and easy and I received it in two days. I will definitely purchase from Tanzanite Jewelry Designs again.

I recently purchased a tanzanite pendant from tanzanitejewelrydesigns.com. the price was great. I live outside of the U.S. and delivery was super quick (and well packaged). The pendant is absolutely GORGEOUS. I love it. I'd highly recommend tanzanitejewelrydesigns.com.

Chris and Alice worked with me to design a ring that incorporated some of my mother's jewelry and an emerald cut tanzanite. I inherited my mom's jewelry, but knew I would never wear it since it wasn't my style. I decided to reuse the stones in pieces I would wear. They were incredibly patient and proposed multiple designs. I love my new ring and can't wait for the next piece!

I reached out to this company because I wanted to design the perfect Mother's ring for my wife, to represent our living children and our miscarried babies. The staff from Tanzanite Jewelry Designs worked with me to help me come up with the perfect ring, and a great price for the finished product. I would like to personally thank all involved staff in this process, it was a smooth transaction! I would not hesitate to do business with these amazing individuals in the future. A+++++
