Taking me step-by-step slowly and resolving my problem so that I could use my $35 to get an Amazon gift card. I actually was able to follow her directions and get the $35 deducted from my Amazon balance tonight. I was ready to give up and I am so thankful. that robotic tango Timmy got me to a real person before I just kept crying and gave up. Thank you so much.

Don't download, just a waste of space on your phone. Almost all the games are full of ads, they barly even pay out. I've been waiting since Feb 11th for a cash out that's never came andgoing back&forth with this stupid company for said cash out. They will send emails all day but you might never see the money you earned.

I liked the way they answered my message quickly. But what I disliked was the complicated process to get your egift card and then to transfer the amount to the appropriate account. Very confusing.

Update 3/28/26:
Following my review, support reached out and appears to have coordinated further with the card provider, which led to some improvement in usability. I was eventually able to use the card on a common shopping platform in my region.
That said, during my initial contact, I was only advised that redemptions are final and no replacement was possible, with no further assistance offered. The additional effort seemed to happen only after the review was posted.
While I appreciate the outcome, clearer communication and more proactive support from the beginning would have made a much better experience.

I appreciate the outreach from support following my initial review. However, my concern remains unaddressed.
I mentioned that the prepaid reward I redeemed has very limited usability in my area, with only a few supported merchants, making it impractical for me to use. Unfortunately, I felt I was redirected back to the original provider without receiving any effective guidance or resolution.
I understand there may be constraints on what can be offered, but I was hoping for clearer communication or better collaboration between the involved parties to effectively resolve this issue. Ideally, I would have liked to see them provide a replacement or an alternative that is more suitable for my region.
In summary, while the follow-up was courteous, it ultimately did not provide the meaningful solution I was hoping for.

Gift card expired 6-months after issued date. No transparency at all and I was lead to believe that the funds on the card would not expire.

I have received a customer service inquiry and am hoping my situation can be rectified.

Customer service remedied my situation with issuing a new card. Be sure to check the expiration information very carefully. Funds are not good indefinitely.

I couldn’t find any support on the Tango website. Using Tango Card in this way is not very convenient and honestly quite frustrating.
There is always a remaining amount of money that cannot be exchanged for a card because the available cards start from higher values. This means part of the balance simply cannot be used, which does not seem like a very practical solution.

I got a reward through tango from a third party merchant. I was initially sent an email with a link to pick a gift card. They have a lot of merchants and options to choose from. I picked the one I want and the order was "approved" instantly. I get an email with a redemption link and a security code. I open the link and am prompted to enter my security code. It gives error. I try again from a different browser. Same error. I try from my desktop. Same thing. I contact "support" which is just an AI that asks the same question over and over again. I give them a run down of what's going on multiple times. Same answers and same solutions I've already tried. I keep trying the security code and eventually it goes through. I'm showed the "reward credentials" which is supposed to be the card number and pin. It's blank. I contact "support" again and am asked the same things and told the same things I was previously. After messing with the ai, I get a ticket number and told it will be 2 business days to hear back. I shouldn't have to wait 2+ days to get a digital code. Luckily I didn't pay for this gift card or else I'd be doing a charge back. With how many gift card merchants there are out there, take your business elsewhere if you want to get what you paid for.

I was relatively new to the service and was issued several cards from various companies - both virtual cards and physical cards. The support team helped me navigate how to activate them, check the balance and then finally close them. They were very clear and efficient.
