I needed assistance ordering a spare seat cover, and also changing the settings on the bike. All of my inquiries were addressed right away and taken care of. Highly recommend this company!

I ordered a Tamobyke as a Christmas…4 Months, 10+ Emails, and a Bike That Has Never Been Ridden
I ordered a Tamobyke as a Christmas gift for my son, and nearly four months later the bike has still never been ridden once.
The bike arrived with two defective tires right out of the box. I immediately contacted Tamobyke support and have now gone through more than 10 emails of back-and-forth correspondence trying to resolve the issue.
I followed every single instruction they provided — inflating the tires according to the manufacturer’s specifications, replacing the tube with the one replacement they sent, and submitting multiple photos and videos documenting the defects. Despite this, one tire still has a visible bubble and the other continues to go flat.
The bike remains completely unusable.
Instead of standing behind their product, Tamobyke has spent months delaying, asking for repeated proof, and avoiding taking responsibility for a clearly defective product.
At this point I have owned this bike for four months and my son has never been able to ride his Christmas present once.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company. I will also continue documenting this experience publicly so other customers understand the risk of purchasing from Tamobyke.
Buyers beware — if you receive a defective product, do not expect Tamobyke to stand behind it.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service ! received bike and does not work at all.. won't turn on. Spent 6 hours going through everything to make sure all was connected properly to no avail. emailed customer service and after several back and forth, waited 3 weeks for a new display module to be delivered... No improvement !! Requested a refund as did not want to wait 3 to 4 weeks each time for a part to be shipped for replacement. Requested to return / refund bike to company to which have had numerous back and forth emails that now packaging was not sufficient. After package was professionally package ... BETTER than when it was shipped to us, still denied to return bike due to packaging. Called phone number over a dozen times with no answer during China business hours. Finally reached a person at 1 a.m. China time who said they would definitely have someone call me... no call back... only and email to tell me that packaging was bulging an to see example pics.... which were the SAME condition as the pictures sent of our professionally packaged return. They are using every excuse as to not refund and now have an $$800 paper weight as it is completely useless !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I invite them to contact me back still but very doubtful but will update should any resolve take place...

I’ve ordered my replacement key on…
I’ve ordered my replacement key on January 5th. It’s February 9th tracking ingo hasn’t updated. 2 weeks after I ordered the key they called me and said they needed the key code I called them back and gave them the key info at this point I thought everything was good to go. Around February 1st I’m thinking where my key smh I contacted them and they said they’ve been waiting for the code still. Emailed back and forth and they do have recollection of talking and say we will expedite the process. Still nothing. I deal with better Chinese companies through WhatsApp with then these people. It’s rediculous still no key btw
