Based in Centennial, Colorado, and serving clients nationwide by mail, we partner with pediatric clinics, public-health departments, and employers who need accurate, reliable lead screening for the children and workers they protect. We have been a CLIA-licensed laboratory since 1995, operating under a licensed Medical Doctor as our Laboratory Director. Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), we deliver precise, quantitative results with a typical 1–2 business-day turnaround once samples reach our lab, backed by a peer-reviewed filter-paper-to-venous correlation exceeding 0.970 across 363 paired samples. Our testing services support both childhood and occupational health, including: Pediatric Lead Screening: Capillary dried-blood collection on filter paper (The Tamarac® Test), capillary fingerstick whole blood, and venous confirmation testing, all aligned with EPSDT and Medicaid screening requirements. Workplace Monitoring: Venous whole-blood lead analysis and Zinc Protoporphyrin (ZPP) testing for OSHA medical surveillance programs. Program Support: Screening assistance for WIC clinics, Head Start facilities, mobile health units, and public-health departments nationwide. We pioneered filter-paper pediatric blood lead screening, a method recognized by the CDC, and we remain a Medicaid provider in a substantial number of states. Our all-in-one collection kits, including a Waterless Tamarac® Test Kit for sites without running-water access, make sample collection simple wherever care is delivered. Results are delivered securely through our CloudLab web portal, and we handle state blood-lead surveillance reporting on our clients' behalf.
