Taimi does a good job SOMETIMES. There are other places where it kinda seems like they don't give a single shit about the customers. There's a feature I've seen several people publicly say they hate (with dozens if not hundreds of upvotes) for several months now, and it would be VERY easy for the developers to fix it. But they have not. I'm sure this is not an isolated incident but it's the one I'm most aware of.

I authorized a payment of just over €22, but I first received a receipt for a payment of €87, then for some reason it was split into two payments of just over €42 each, to Glovo. Truly shameful.

Willkürliche Sperre & DSA-Verstöße: Taimi bestraft loyale Nutzer! Bewertung: ⭐ (1 Stern)
Ich war jahrelang ein treuer, vollständig verifizierter Nutzer dieser Plattform. Doch was ich jetzt erleben musste, ist an Willkür und Ignoranz gegenüber geltendem EU-Recht kaum zu überbieten.
Besonders dreist: Ich habe Taimi über Monate hinweg aktiv geholfen, die Plattform sicher zu halten. Ich habe unzählige Fake-Profile gemeldet – inklusive Beweisbildern, Links und detaillierten Informationen. Obwohl das die Aufgabe des Supports gewesen wäre, habe ich diese Arbeit ehrenamtlich gemacht. Zum Dank werde ich nun selbst als „Betrüger“ hingestellt und mein Konto wurde gesperrt, nur weil ich ein neues Profilbild verifizieren wollte.
Nachdem mein langjähriger Verifizierungs-Haken erst akzeptiert und dann ohne Grund entzogen wurde, hat Taimi mein Konto komplett deaktiviert. Der Support versteckt sich hinter dem Bot „Glenn“ und schickt nur automatisierte Standard-Floskeln.
Was Taimi hier abzieht, verstößt massiv gegen den Digital Services Act (DSA):
• Verstoß gegen Art. 20 Abs. 6 DSA: Taimi verweigert mir eine manuelle Prüfung durch eine natürliche Person. Mein Widerspruch (Ticket 173520) wird ignoriert. Laut DSA darf eine Entscheidung über eine Sperre nicht ausschließlich durch eine KI getroffen werden, wenn der Nutzer widerspricht.
• Verstoß gegen Art. 14 DSA (Transparenzgebot): Die „Gemeinschaftsregeln“ und AGB sind fast ausschließlich auf Englisch verfasst, obwohl die App in Deutschland vertrieben wird. Nutzer auf Basis unverständlicher, fremdsprachiger Regeln zu sperren, ist rechtlich unzulässig.
• Verstoß gegen Art. 17 DSA: Die pauschale Unterstellung der „Identitätstäuschung“ ohne Beweise oder echte Begründung ist rechtswidrig.
Viele Nutzer wissen nicht, dass sie durch den Digital Services Act geschützt sind. Ich lasse mir das nicht gefallen! Da Taimi meine Hilfe mit einer unbegründeten Löschung quittiert, habe ich nun ein offizielles Verfahren beim Digital Services Coordinator (Bundesnetzagentur) eingeleitet.
Fazit: Wer sein Geld in Abos steckt, sollte gewarnt sein. Sobald das fehlerhafte System einen Fehler macht, wird man trotz jahrelanger Loyalität und Mithilfe wie ein Schwerverbrecher behandelt.

First, when I set my location and age preferences, DONT CHANGE THEM. They change back within SECONDS of my setting them. Second, allow me to turn off “second chances”. There was a reason I hit the x, I don’t want to see them over and over and over again. Should be called 10th, 20th chance. Third, LET ME CLEAR MY NOTIFICATIONS. So annoying to see notifs, go to the app and not be able to clear them. EVER.

To prevent this, simply pause your swipes in the "People" section once you see the notification that your preferences were expanded. This will give the algorithm time to shuffle in additional results as new users join the app.
When it comes to second chances appearing in your "People" queue, we understand where you're coming from and have noted how it has impacted your experience.
To clarify, second chances do not affect your daily action limit and are simply a way for you to reconsider past skips without needing a premium subscription. You can always block users you're sure you don't want to connect with.
Lastly, we hear you loud and clear when it comes to the ability to clear all notifications. That's a very fair point, and we'll consider it in future app releases.

Misleading Practices to Get More Money
I tried to like my daily pick. It said in order to like i needed to pay £8.99 when i pressed on the diamond. I did that, then once it was paid they said I needed to pay again for Silver. If that was the case I would have just done Silver in the first place as its cheaper. Guys I URGE you if you're LGBT do not support these guys. We have to do better.
