I did learn you need a walnut frame if your picture is going on a light colored wall - it makes it stand out so much better. You need that contrast. Their customer service is like no other - quick responses, professional and canvases are amazing! Please take a look!

Great customer service and canvases!
I ordered a couple of canvas pieces and when they arrived, the colors were just a bit off. Tailored Canvases made sure I was totally pleased and gave me store credit for the amount I paid, as well as keeping the original pieces! That is great customer service. The replacements are stunning and certainly complete the area I hung them! Highly recommend Tailored Canvases!!!

A beautiful koi fish with a terrible white line
Celestial Yin, Flowing Koi Wall Art - 48x24 inch Large Premium Gallery Wrapped × 1 canvas. Then for days and days, I was getting swamped for reviews, through messages, emails, etc.
I took a photo of the edge on my canvas. I showed the tech team either the ink was not dried or it was missed during printing. It appears to have a long white line on the topside of the canvas.
I sent a photo and explanation 2x and have never heard back from them. Poor customer support, would not recommend this canvas company.

I did finally get the item I purchased
I’m not understanding how so many people are so happy with this company! I’ve had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience. I purchased a piece of artwork on 7-31-26, and spoke to someone (I did forget to write name down), and said I’d like to make a change in the background color. She said it was no problem, and in a few days I’d get a proof of the change, to get my okay. Never heard back. After a week, I called and spoke to Kyle. He could not of been nicer, and told me they had been pretty busy. That they would have it in the next couple of days. Never heard from anyone, and haven’t had a person pick up and answer since. It let’s me leave voicemail, but no one calls me back. After waiting 2 and a half weeks, I called my credit card company, and filed a dispute. You’ve had my money for this whole time, and I have nothing to show for it. I’m pretty disgusted with them. I’d give them a zero if I could.
***UPDATE***
I am happy to change this review and say that due to some communication that got lost in email, I now have the product I purchased. Everyone at the company has actually been really nice to deal with. There was an issue with not only email but me being able to reach them on the phone. Nevertheless, they did send the item, and I’m very happy with my purchase! Companies that are doing very well and staying busy, need to be careful with their customer service. While I never received the email, they said they sent, three phone calls were not returned. I am giving it a four star because I tried very hard to get a hold of the company and was not able to.
