They don't sell the sizes listed on their website (leg and waist sizes) - just generic sizes like S,M and L. Returning items you have to pay for tracked delivery, then they may send you another unsized item or refund only part of your money (even if you've specifically asked for a replacement not a refund). Customer service was slow and unprofessional. Items are shipped from China, and the quality wasn't great nevermind the sizing issues. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't buy from these idiots. They are not a UK company. It's Chinese shite. I wondered why they were taking so long to come. They are Scammers. PayPal issued me a refund straight away. So they are aware. I received nothing.

Just thought I'd add another poor review seeing as I was suspicious of the cheap pricing and Chinese looking website. Get this crap out of America and bring back American manufacturing and quality products!

I would give a zero but option not available. Do not buy anything from these charlatans!!! The UK website is a decoy, it's a Chinese company, no uk contact details & no customer service. Item ordered has still not arrived after 3 months, multiple emails sent, not one reply! Pure charlatans, & robbing scumbags!!

Absolute scammers. Do not buy from them. I ordered trousers from them and the sizing was too small despite it being my size so I bought a size up and they were too big - also the quality was bad, they were basically plastic. When I tried to return them, they refused a proper refund and only offered store credit, even though it was within the 14-day period cooling off period. Customer service was slow, rude, and dismissive. They also withheld 20% of the refund, citing their return policy and completely disregarding the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Tactical World Store is a cheap company that makes and sends crap - at least judging by the boots I purchased for my husband. They tore up and ruined all his socks. It is sad the way foreign companies like this Chinese one have no accountability to us and play us.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers, different types, one sort of fits, the other is suitable only to Chinese SAS personel I guess. trying to return one of the items is the best part of impossible, £3.95 restocking fee, send recorded (our costs) and let THEM know it has been delivered, their suggestion is to try and sell it to a family member. This is made for the Chinese market, the labels and everything else is incomprehensible unless you can read either Cantonese or Mandarin, not quite sure which, avoid like the plague

Size was incorrect. Pants are waaay too short. Return policy is abysmal.

They sent the wrong size product by mistake. No exchange or refund honored. It's a bit of a scam website with poor customer support and products that are not as advertised in quality. Would never consider this website again or recommend to anyone unwilling to gamble.

3 different Fake delivery messages, after a month waiting for the merchandise which never arrived.
Unfortunately for me I didn’t read the reviews of this scam center called TWS which have ripped off many customers
Nevertheless, my loss and this review will save other unaware customers from falling victim of this fraudulent company.
Save yourself from these crooks.

Terrible store. Items come from China and take a very long time to arrive, the quality is very poor and asking for refunds is extremely difficult. Their refund policy is not clearly explained on the website. Stay away.

Why are so many advertisers on YouTube fraudulent SCAMMERS!?!? YouTube needs to take some responsibility on who they are advertising with, they are contributing to this rip off.

Don't touch this company. They are based in China not the UK. The boots they sent are awful! They're not the same height, stitching is poor, glue is visible etc. When you email them they say keep them and they'll give a 20% refund. Eventually they agree to refund if you send them back but won't pay the postage. We did a credit card charge back which found in our favour, but the company has now emailed saying they want us to return the boots and once they receive them they'll refund the postage. We've asked for them to arrange a courier or send a postage label as we're not falling into that trap!

I ordered 3 pair of pants camo, blue and khaki. I was very happy my purchase. I can see how people could receive the wrong size. Sizes run small, so you have to order a size up. Shipping was a problem, but in my case, It was over the holidays, so I was just happy to receive it. Although, it did take long to finally get.

Ordered on 9 November 2025. It has been two months, and NO merch delivered. In early December, tracking indicated the merchandise was seized by the US Postal Service for counterfeit postage. Demanded a refund. The seller wanted to ship replacement merchandise. OK, ship it. Now it's 9 January and still no merch. Current tracking says, "The cargo tally in the supervision warehouse has been completed." Initiated a chargeback. The seller asked me to rescind it. Told the seller I will remove the chargeback when I get my merch.
