I’ve been a consistent Tabby user and have always paid my installments on time often even before the due date. I currently have a few active installments, all being paid responsibly with no delays.
Despite this, my account has been restricted multiple times without any clear explanation. The system message suggests improving approval chances by paying on time, which is confusing because I already do that consistently.
Tabby responded stating that approvals are handled by an automated system and referred me to a general help article. However, this does not address the core concern why responsible users with a strong payment history are still being restricted without transparency.
I understand automation is used, but there should be better clarity or recognition for consistent users. Responsible usage should build trust, not uncertainty.

I would like to express my concern regarding my experience with Tabby Plus.

Initially, I was very satisfied when I first used Tabby, especially because of the option to split payments into 6–12 months, which made larger purchases more manageable. Based on this experience, I decided to upgrade to Tabby Plus, expecting even greater flexibility and convenience.

However, after the free trial period ended, I noticed that the 6–12 month installment option was no longer available. Instead, my payments are now automatically limited to a 4-month split through Tabby Card and Tabby Link.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that with the Tabby Plus plan, only 4-month installment options are available, and that I would need to switch back to the free plan to access 6–12 month installments. This is quite confusing and disappointing, as I expected the paid plan to offer more flexibility, not fewer options.

Given that I am paying a monthly fee for Tabby Plus, I would appreciate it if you could reconsider this structure or provide customers with the option to access longer installment plans (up to 12 months), especially for higher-value purchases such as gold or other expensive items.

At present, I am only using Tabby Card and Tabby Link for smaller amounts to avoid large monthly payments, which limits the usefulness of the service for me.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve the offering for Tabby Plus subscribers.
