In an era where service levels are dropping this experience bucks the trend
Delivered exactly as described and with prompt tracked delivery through Royal Mail. It was an unused open-box Dell laptop and was marketed as having Dell warranty to Nov 2024. the micro SD slot was not functioning so contacted Dell with the service tag and an engineer came 2 days later to replace the motherboard. Would definitely buy again with this level of service.

A near £800 monitor was delivered…
A near £800 monitor was delivered broken. The products do not appear to be refurbished at all. They are just sold damaged. The monitor was missing its power cable and the toggle switch at the back was completely broken and unusable. Yes, they did arrange to take it back and refund, but if they were in the business of refurbishing products, they would be able to repair this. So beware, they just on-sell broken stuff.

I am very sorry that there was an issue with the item purchased. As advised these are not refurbished in house, however nevertheless you should not have received an item in this condition.
A collection of the defective item was arranged for the same day that it was delivered and a full refund was provided.
I am once again sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

TAB retail did a great job here - the product was really well priced and delivered well within expectations. Really pleased and will definitely be looking at using them again.

Can't believe I got a brand new MacBook…
I can't believe I got a new MacBook Pro M1 with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD for £1099! It arrived the next day, too - never heard of TAB Retail before, so I was cautious - I paid via PayPal for added security - but it wasn't needed in the end.
The only downside is they NEVER answer their phones.

At first I thought it was too good to…
At first I thought it was too good to be true but after looking at other reviews and doing my own research I decided to go ahead with the purchase and I wasn’t disappointed. The product was exactly as described, communication from ordering to it being delivered was very good and it arrived within a few days so I couldn’t be happier with the overall service and the price was much better than anywhere else I’d looked at. 10/10 excellent service.

Excellent condition
Not used this website before, but didn't want to pay full price for a baby monitor. The product came within a couple of days. It was well packaged, and in excellent condition. Came in the original box with instructions. Very happy with this purchase, and would definitely use this website again
