Fantastic service.

I bought an Xbox elite series 2 controller “pristine condition” and it was working just fine for the first couple of weeks but after a while the trigger stoppers stopped working completely, one of the paddles works occasionally and just now, after the 30 days that I could have returned it the right bumper has decided to stop working as well, also acknowledge that I am not the sort of person to throw my controller at the wall or use it in any way that it should not be able to handle. but at least the product arrived.

I bought a used Lenovo Yoga laptop from TAB Retail a few weeks ago. Delivery was fast and the condition was just as described (the marks actually looked better in person). So far, the laptop is working great, and battery life is good, and the supplied charger works well. The price was great for the laptop I got, so I'd thoroughly recommend TAB Retail.

Scammers I bought Xbox elite 2 controller. Had a rattle otherwise spot on. Sent back for repair they swapped it for a smashed up controller and said not covered under warranty. All down side off controller is cracked.

My new laptops works great and it arrived pretty quickly.

TAB Retail Sent me damaged laptop with cracked, flickering black screen with a large dent and refused an accept a return days after I received it. They also sent me a completely wrong model of Lenovo laptop.

Tab Retail tried to claim the video of me opening the package showing the damage could have been manipulated to change the date! A further picture of the damage was ignored by Lauren.

I ended up having to contact eBay and they swiftly forced a return. When TAB retail received the laptop, they refunded only £200 of the total £360 for the laptop back. I then contacted eBay again and I received the funds directly from eBay themselves not TAB
Retail.

Following this, I made a review about my experience, and I was sent a letter to my home address demanding I take down my review or "face other legal remedies". Which I have done, and this is my updated review.

Great communication from the start. PC was delivered and I wasn't disappointed. Very happy thank you 😊

Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Bought a refurbished laptop from Tabretail, the screen stopped working after 6 months, said they'd fixed it and sent the laptop back to me but the laptop still wasn't working. Sent it back to them again and was told I had 'damaged the USB ports' so they wouldn't fix the laptop. I absolutely did not damage the ports. This was obviously done by Tom to avoid having to fix a very big problem with the laptop. He even threatened to 'recycle' my laptop. Do not believe a word this man says. Absolutely disgraceful. Read all of his bad reviews before you consider buying!! I wish I had!
